Pie Vs Pi: The Pi Day Massacre[]

Zero, Two, Eight, and Six watch Pie as she gets chased by Pi with forks. Two asks Eight and Six if they should do something, but decline saying it’s not their problem. Zero decides to step up as the numbers drag in a division symbol to divide Pi into nothing. Later, Zero suddenly calls for Pie’s team to help them pull something. Zero tells them to drop down what they were carrying, which turns out to be the division symbol. Pi is divided by Zero, leaving only Zero left.

Despite Zero and Pi having only one non-canonical interaction, the two share some similarities with each other.

Euler's Identity combines five of the most important constants in mathematics—them, 1, e, and i—into a single, simple equation using the basic operations of addition, multiplication, and exponentiation exactly once each: e + 1 = 0. 0 is the additive identity and π is the fundamental circle constant, the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter.

Both 0 and π are real numbers, meaning they have a precise position on the number line. Both have an infinite number of decimal places when expressed in base 10. For 0, the expansion is 0.000... recurring forever. For π, the digits are non-repeating the digits are non-repeating as it is an irrational number. Both numbers appear frequently across diverse areas of mathematics and physics, from geometry and calculus to quantum mechanics and probability. The sine function, sin(x), equals 0 at integer multiples of π (e.g., sin(0) = 0, sin(π) = 0, sin (2π) = 0, etc.).

While 0 and π represent very different concepts (the absence of quantity and a fundamental ratio related to circles, respectively), their deep interrelationship is a celebrated example of the interconnectedness of mathematical ideas.

Fanon[]

0π is a rarepair within the Battle for Dream Island fandom. This fan pairing gained some traction primarily due to their dynamic and conflict in the non-canon short "Pie vs Pi: The Pi Day Massacre". Fans who enjoyed their interactions in that specific short sometimes create ship art and content focusing on their banter in the wider fandom. Its rival ships are 015, Piepi, and 14π.

This ship has no fanfictions.
