214 is the non-binary ship between Two and Fourteen from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.
Canon[]
Fourteen reads a fairy tale to Two about the ancient division symbol that use to be among the numbers. While telling the story, Two interrupts him to ask where it was hidden, annoying Fourteen. He continues the story after telling Two to let him finish, although Two interrupts again to ask to use the bathroom. Fourteen yells at Two and throws the book at them, leading Two to ask Fourteen why he was locked up. Fourteen claims it to be from the other numbers hating freedom rather than because of him eating other people's skin. Two calls it a "complete unbiased and accurate assessment" and frees Fourteen from the cage. After complimenting Two, Fourteen is set to find the division symbol which Two reveals that they've already located instantly. Fourteen finds it cool and when Two puts the division symbol between them, they find Fourteen laugh manically as they realize what they've just done. Later on as Two oversees Seven getting locked up after being accused of becoming Fourteen, Two worries that they'll find out they're responsible for Fourteen being on the loose. Two hides inside the subscriber count whiteboard for the time being until the situation blows over. After Fourteen is locked up and assigned to update the subscriber count, he starts erasing the whiteboard that Two is still on. Dreading that Fourteen is going to erase them, Two screams internally until finding out that Fourteen spared them. Two is thankful to still be alive and Fourteen writes the six zeroes following them to display the two million subscriber count. At night, Two comes out of the whiteboard and after drawing a two in their place, Two throws the marker at Fourteen and is still upset for what he caused earlier.
During the Christmas sing-a-long, Two and most of the other numbers yell at Fourteen for wanting a fork as a gift.
Fanon[]
214 is a rarepair in the Battle for Dream Island fandom. The ship had gained a small following after the release of the two million subscriber special which explored the two's dynamic with each other. Following this, shippers of the two enjoyed matching them in a manner of seeing how Two could fix Fourteen against how Fourteen would challenge this. Ship art of the two roams around the algebralien shippers' side of the fandom as well as video edits of the two being on TikTok. It is more common of a ship for Fourteen than for Two, both having rival ships such as 24, 25, and 1415.
