Battle for BFDI[]

In "The Escape From Four", after Two suddenly appears by landing onto the planet, Four yells at them and tells them to go to the crowd of recommended characters, but turns their attention to the contestants instead. Two spends the episode insulting Four's prizes, convincing more than half of Four's contestants to switch to their show, and generally being completely dismissive towards anything Four says or does. Sometime later, Two also turns the sun into a spiky ball and hits Four with it several times while showcasing the power in order to convince a few more contestants to join their show. Four ends up losing more than half of his contestants to Two, much to his frustration. Two then zaps Four and his contestants to another location to compete because allegedly two shows can’t take place at the same time.
Battle for BFB[]
Throughout Battle for BFB, Four is constantly reminded of what Two has done to his show, causing him to get angered at the thought. Some instances for example being when Four needs to split up his contestants into two teams, when team Have Nots are put up for elimination for the second time in a row or when he needs to refer to how much time the contestants have left for the challenge, that always being two. In BFB's finale, "Chapter Complete", after Four goes up to space and becomes the sun, Clock runs over to Two, reminds them that they are probably more powerful than Four and tells them his concern over it. However, Two seems pretty nonchalant about the entire situation and denies that they are actually stronger, seemingly wanting to stay out of it.
The Power of Two[]

In "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", after Four and X make their first appearance in TPOT, Two reveals that Four and X started making food at the hotel after BFB ended. Four gets angry when Two tries to reach for some of their food, saying that it's for the hotel guests only. Sometime later, when Two says it's play time, Four and X start floating in the sky and start doing random activities. Four realizes that this was a ruse, stops Snowball from stealing food, and shouts at Two, starting the intro. During the challenge, when Team8s are trying to find a way to trap Two, Gaty puts Four next to them and demands him to zap them, which Four even happily does so.
In "Balancing P.A.C.T.", Gaty mentions that the relationship between Four and Two has recently been improving onto better terms because of the somewhat long lasting distance between the two. It also implies that every since the split of BFB up until "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", Four has moved on and they started developing somewhat of a friendship. In "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", while Four and X are shown to be working at the hotel, Two allows Clock to work for them as a cook while dealing with the conflict between him and Winner. After some episodes however, upon having reconciled with each other, Two moves Clock to the elimination space, causing Four to get angry because he saw Clock as his and X's friend.
In "Out Of The Blue", when the characters that were in the E.X.I.T. get out and Four tried to bring them back inside, Two comes over to ask what is going on. When they explain that they have been locked up in there for 6 years, Two is horrified and ask Four to let them go. Four eventually does that and approaches Two to tell them that these people apparently have to do math forever, so they offer an alternative option, namely to work in the kitchen. As Two explain this, Four smiles, looking at Two for a second. In this episode, their relationship has become more calm and settled, Four does not protest to Two and even agrees with them.
During the challenge, after Two and Gaty's conversations in "What's Up Bell's String?", Two is left sitting alone on the couch before Four teleports next to them. Two is glad to have somebody with them and offers Four to have a little chat together. However, Four isn’t listening and is distracted by playing with one of his eyes, using it like a magic eight-ball. During this, Two explains that they are paranoid about somebody possibly watching over them and feeling anxious. When they see what Four is doing, Two asks him if he is even listening, however, Four denies that and even takes the couch away from them, making Two upset.
"Since you guys dealt with him before, you can deal with him now. Good luck!"
In "Category One", after one of the EXITors is given a chance to join the show, Two teleports Four to the roof so he can be the one to host the Cake at Stake ceremony for the debut. However, not some long time after, Two takes everybody back to the hotel due to the heavy storm, causing Four to get angered because he reassures that he had everything under control. When One suddenly appears and changes the whiteboard's offer to letting two instead of only one EXITors to join the game, Bracelety, who along with Liy and Pencil, making three remaining people, asks who is going to be the one to leave and which two are gonna join the show. Four and Two, both already aware of the results, exchange glances at each other and let Bracelety fly off in the storm.
In "I SAID CAREFUL!!!", Two and Gaty are in the kitchen and sit down together to talk. However, as Four and X are standing nearby and stare at them, Four annoyingly demands Two to remove the couch.
In "Seasonal Shift", drawings of Two and Four, which cover a drawing of Three, can be seen next to each other on the fridge. Later, during one of the timeline shifts taking place in "The Escape From Four", when Death P.A.C.T. manages to get Two down to earth from one of the planets instead, Two openly states that they would now start hosting their own show. However, Four, who is now just more frustrated, explains that he is already dealing with Nine who is planning to do the same thing in that timeline. Two then goes over to Nine and kicks them away, reverting the rest of the episode to the original timeline.

In "BFB 31", following up to "Last One Standing", Four overhears some of the contestants talking in Two's room, causing him to teleport inside, looking around the mess. Sometime later, Four transfers Two's power to himself to fix the crack and says that he does it with good intentions. While the contestants are at the Cake at Stake ceremony, Four is in Two's room yelling at them, asking what he needs to do to finally get them out of bed, perhaps Four wanted Two to help him. Two starts talking for the first time in a while and tells Four that they still remember Gaty and even tried to bring her back, however, don't think they're powerful enough. During their vent, Four is rearranging the whiteboard at the time and Two asks him if he is even listening right now. After this, Four realizes that One has returned and disappears. Upon realising that their power is gone, Two says that they might want to get it back someday, but immediately brushes it off, laying down without any hope once again.

In "Alone", after sealing One into the moon, the Algebralians think about what they should with all of the power they have gotten from her. Upon seeing what innocent Two is doing, Seven suggests to give the power to them instead, thinking that they would likely not have any intentions unlike One. While he seemingly refuses to do it for a few seconds at first, Four ends up flying up and blasting all of the power directly at Two either way. Upon realising how much strength they’ve gotten, Two then disappears by flying off just like most of the other Algebralians.

In "Why is the BFDI Mouth Everywhere?", upon seeing that Mouth is trying to eat everything, Two quickly tells Four and Nine that they have to save the day by confronting it, which they all agree to. As the three approach Mouth, Four and Two try to hold a speech about stopping the entire situation only to get eaten as well.

In "TWO OF THEM!? - BFDI X Inanimate Insanity 2023 Event", after Two explains that they just inherited BFDI Nickel from "the other two”, Inanimate Insanity Nickel misinterpreters the statement as "another two". However, Two quickly corrects him that they are actually talking about Four and X, who were their co-hosts at the time. A few moments later, Two comes up to Four and X and sarcastically greets them, making Four already quite annoyed. They try to ask for help about figuring out why there are two Nickels around, but Four interrupts them, saying that as much as he would hate to help them, which Two jokingly corrects with as much as he would love to help them, the thought of even helping Two would make him very upset. He explains that despite this, Four has only ever known about only one Nickel being around, apparently meaning that he can’t actually help them and just immediately letting them down after that. After some argumentation between the two Nickels, Two says that II Nickel literally just proved all of BFDI Nickel's points, making Four sarcastically comment that he didn’t know that Two could actually count that high.
In the "Counting on Christmas” song, specifically on the third verse, Two mentions their wish just like all of the other Algebralians, saying that they want a vacation along with a beach house, to which Four responds with his line that he is still offended and angry at them for the stolen show and the contestants, demanding that he wants them back from them. X then tries to step in and wants them to reconcile and stop fighting and have fun together instead, however, Four and Two are not happy with X's desire, and irritably sing together, saying that neither of them even want this.
In "HOST TO COAST - BFDI & II 2024 Tour!", upon meeting MePhone4 and finding out his name, which is similar to Four himself, they mention their friendship with Four. However, after somehow hearing that, Four suddenly teleports on top of the roof above and angrily reminds them that he is not their friend, just to disappear again.

24 is a pretty popular ship for both Two and Four. Upon Two's introduction in late BFB and the seemingly starting rivalry between them and Four, some of the fans have quickly started to get interested in this ship. However, the popularity would fade away for a while due to them not having any direct interactions while both Battle for BFB and TPOT were still ongoing separately at the time, leaving only slight mentions of Four's feud for Two. When BFB ended and Four was welcomed back in TPOT as a non-contestant, they started to get more and more interactions as time went on, with Four still usually being kinda harsh to Two at times, even growing the ship's fan base as a whole again.
A bittersweet thing to note is that Four and Two's relationship has been starting to get less antagonistic as the series went on. Instances to note are when e.g. Four jumped in for Two as a host due to them being depressed because of losing Gaty. If one looks closely, in "The Power of Four" and beyond, food bags can be seen around Two's bed which as people theorise had been brought in there by Four himself. This and the two's dynamic overall makes 24 represent a well known relationship trope called 'Enemies to Lovers'.
Despite its popularity, 24 rivals some other pairings such as especially 4x (Four/X) on Four's side and Gattwo (Gaty/Two) on Two's side. Shippers also may or may not put them into a poly relationship along with X, resulting into 4x2 (Four/X/Two). On AO3, the two currently share 142 works under the romantic tag and 94 works under the platonic tag.

- They are both the first Algebraliens to be the main host of a BFDI season.
- Four and Two are also some of the very few hosts in BFDI to be genderless.
- Additionally, Twenty-Four, a separate Algebralien in the subscriber special storyline, who was also shown to be a gameshow host as seen in "Thanks for 2763000 Subscribers!" may or may not represent Two and Four, who have the same exact occupation.
- Despite seeming to dislike Two from the beginning on, Four has been showing to warm up to them ever since.
