8ora is the het ship between 8-Ball and Dora in the Battle for Dream Island Fandom.
Canon[]
The two both debuted to join BFDI, though they both ended up getting the boot for the debut. The two ended up in the LOL for the entirety of BFDI, being stuck inside with no rejoin. They joined a debut for BFDIA, and Dora managed to be the one who joined over 8-Ball.
The 2 stayed in The Exit together for one episode before the break out. Dora was seen in the back for most EXIT shots for BFB 16, which presumably means that nobody really interacted with her, beside probably her cousin, David. When Loser broke out, everybody surrounded him in the back of the class, the two in the crowd were 8-Ball and Dora. When everybody was breaking out, the two that didn't contribute anything to that sequence of events were Dora and 8-Ball, who were on the floor of Four's four-shaped landscape. Everybody apart from Pencil and Match followed Loser through Spongy and ended up on the other side of him, though both Dora and 8-Ball were sucked back into the Exit by Four.
The two ended up on the same team that Pencil made everybody split up in, so that they can cover more ground to find a escape, so they can all once and for all, escape Four. 8-Ball, Firey Jr. and Dora decide to go deeper into the Fourest, which by that point, half of it was cut down by Four to prevent escape through their mouth. During the stroll, 8-Ball and Firey Jr. follow Dora after she tries to lead them, with 8-Ball being hte first one to do so. After numerous months, they hear Pencil's announcement about getting items to build a stack. The three start chopping Fourtrees but get caught off guard by Four merging themself with the entire fourest, Dora throws Firey Jr. at Four's hand, so that they would drop 8-Ball from their burning hand, though causing them to punch the entire group in pain. The three end up flying over to a four pond with a ship-wreck. 8-Ball and Dora enter due to water would kill Firey Jr. So he keeps guard instead.
Dora notices a map of an island, much to her delight, and drops 8-Ball. He falls into the water and starts to drown. Dora wonders where he went and Firey Jr notices Four taking for the castle. He goes to warn the others about him and Dora finally finds 8-Ball. She apologises for dropping him into the deep waters whilst also noticing a pile of treasure chest which could be used to contribute to the stack. 8-ball uses his mouth to grab them whilst Dora holds him, but the group ends up becoming fish food, with Four shape shifting into a Kraken and trying to eat the boat. The group ends up back to the front of the boat, 8-Ball tells Dora to throw him over to the sails, that Firey Jr. accidentally set ablaze when Four was in the castle. 8-Ball ends up making the boat becomes unbalanced, so it causes it to be bounced backwards whilst Four is holding it, so the sails fall right on top of their face, causing their whole body to burn as the gang escapes. They head to the EXIT and start building the stack and escape. They get greeted by Four again on the outside world but Two puts a stop to it, when they realize they have been in the EXIT for the same amount of time for when Four and Two are added together, 6 years. Two tries to make amends by making them work the Upper Kitchen Shift.
Fanon[]
The ship itself is a rarepair in the fandom. Despite the amount of interactions they got in the episode the two were stuck together for. The two end up getting so overshadowed by the other groups shown in the episode, and hence the ships within those groups. The two have a nice dynamic though, with Dora being 8-Balls assistant with stuff he can't do due to lack of limbs, whilst putting himself in danger to save her and Firey Jr. The rival ships are Matchliy, the ship for Match and Liy, Pencelety, the ship between Pencil and Braceletly, and Davboty, the ship between David and Roboty.
