A/C/G is the poly ship between Aziraphale, Crowley and Gabriel from the Good Omens fandom.
Canon[]
In the original novel, Aziraphale only briefly mentions Gabriel to Crowley, warning him what will happen if he finds out about what they did.
Season 1[]
Eleven years before the real plot of the series started, Gabriel had been visiting Aziraphale to warn him about the birth of the Antichrist. Gabriel suspects that Crowley is planning to exchange the newborn child of the American ambassador with the Antichrist and warns Aziraphale to keep an eye on him without being noticed. He also notes how strange it is that Crowley and Aziraphale had been sent to Earth at the same time, yet Crowley supposedly never spotted Aziraphale, comparing it to a miracle. Aziraphale keeps his friendship with Crowley a secret by telling Gabriel that miracles are what their kind are known for.
Later in the present day, after the Antichrist's eleventh birthday, Gabriel pays Aziraphale another visit in his bookshop, but noting that something "smells evil". Though Gabriel is aware that Aziraphale tried to influence the Antichrist to be morally good, he had no idea that it was a mutual arrangement with Crowley and that Crowley had been visiting the bookshop regularly, so Aziraphale once again lies about some books nearby being the source of the evil smell. Aziraphale also doesn't want Gabriel to know that he and Crowley wasted their time trying to influence the child of the American ambassador, who had no ties to Satan as there's been a mixup at the nunnery the babies were birthed in, so he tries to stall the inevitability of having to tell Gabriel that Aziraphale lost track of the real Antichrist.
When having found the book of prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch, Aziraphale finds out where exactly the Antichrist lives at the moment, but doesn't know how to tell Gabriel without exposing his and Crowley's mutual secret. So when Aziraphale urges Gabriel for a meeting to discuss the Antichrist, he tries to lay the blame on Crowley himself exchanging the Antichrist with a double and that the real Antichrist is missing, but Aziraphale knows how to find him. Gabriel believes Aziraphale, but considers it not worth the effort as there's been a war in heaven eons ago that let to fallen angels like Crowley getting cast out of heaven, thus there will be another war, regardless where the Antichrist is.
However, though Gabriel's patience with Aziraphale had been tested, once word comes out about him and Crowley being friends, Gabriel drops the friendly facade and agrees with the other Archangels that Aziraphale is a traitor of his kind. When he and Beelzebub simultaneously arrive at the near-prevention of the Apocalypse, they mutually agree that Aziraphale and Crowley deserve to be punished for treachery. But just as the Antichrist manages to erase his connection with Satan, preventing the Apocalypse for good, Aziraphale and Crowley are ambushed by the demons and angels and put on trial, sentenced to be executed via Hellfire and Holy Water immediately to destroy the very essence of their being. However, when both miraculously survive their punishments, the angels and demons are too afraid of them to do anything about them and let them go. When Aziraphale and Crowley switch to their original bodies, they laugh as they discuss how they managed to fool their respective former superiors, though Crowley spares Aziraphale of the hurtful things Gabriel said about him.

Unexpectedly, Aziraphale receives a visit from a stark-naked Gabriel, who can't even remember his own name, Aziraphale calls Crowley when he doesn't know what to do. When Crowley arrives at the scene, he is shocked to find the once intimidating Archangel at Aziraphale's bookshop, telling Aziraphale to just get rid of him, reminding him that Gabriel tried to kill him. Aziraphale is afraid that he can't do that, taking pity on his former superior and preferring to keep him safe. Crowley can't believe Aziraphale and storms out, leaving him to deal with Gabriel on his own. However, Beelzebub pays Crowley a visit, benevolently warning him of what Heaven will do when they find out who they deem responsible for Gabriel's disappearance. Crowley, terrified of him and Aziraphale being erased from history, rushes back to the bookshop and apologizes to Aziraphale. Crowley tells Aziraphale that he was right about Gabriel needing to remain hidden, thus the two of them agree to perform a miracle by holding Gabriel's hands to have Gabriel be unrecognizable to anyone who sees him. However, due to Gabriel's lingering power, the miracle ended up being so huge that alarm bells started ringing in Heaven, with the remaining Archangels deeming Aziraphale and Crowley as prime suspects for Gabriel's disappearance.

A/C/G had always been a popular ship in the TV side of the fandom. It seemed to originate to tie up tensions between Ineffable Husbands shippers and Gabriphale shippers.
Since it's a common theory that Aziraphale and Crowley are the two halves of the Archangel Raphael, some fans cut out the middle man and just ship Gabriel with Raphael. However, this has seemingly been deconfirmed as the second season clearly shows Aziraphale and Crowley as having been completely separate angels from the start of their existence.
