Aehya is the het ship between Aether and Dehya from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
Dehya is the first Eremite Mercenary Aether meets upon arriving in Sumeru City, at a time when he was with Dunyarzad looking for more information about the Lesser Lord Kusanali. Together they went to a nearby tavern, where Dehya and Aether first hear about a certain dancer from the Zubayr Theater. After meeting and finishing the meeting with her, Dehya assigns Aether a mission to confront some radical Eremites who were lurking around Ormos Port.
Aether notices that something strange is happening upon returning to Sumeru City, as the day kept repeating itself several times, with Dehya having to protect Dunyarzad several times. Eventually, with Nahida's help, Aether manages to get to the root of the problem. In the process, Aether convinces Dehya to go with him to see Dunyarzad's true state of health: she was suffering from Eleazar, the same disease that is affecting Collei as well. After all this, Aether finally helps solve the mystery of Samsara, allowing the Sabzeruz Festival to finally go on well with a happy ending.
However, after losing Katheryne, one of the people with whom Nahida had already connected her consciousness, Aether is forced to escape to the Sumeru Desert through the Rivat Caravan, to hide for the time being from the members of the Akademiya.
After going through a confrontation with Cyno and an encounter with Alhaitham, Aether meets Dehya again, who for the time being, offers him shelter in Aaru Village, where he meets Candace and Isak. Since then, they had to face the radical Eremites who wanted to revive King Deshret. In one of those encounters, Dehya offers to be hired by Aether as a mercenary, but in a very peculiar way: he would pay her with a smile instead of Moras (Equivalent to money).
On one of the following days, Aether had to leave Aaru Village at Isak's insistence to go see his grandfather. On the way, they found that Dehya was talking to Rahman, the leader of a group of Eremites. Aether witnessed how Dehya challenged Rahman to cut off her right arm, in a bet by Alhaitham to offer himself as a prisoner in exchange for freeing Isak's grandfather. Although in the end Rahman, despite the initial courage, retracted from doing it and accepted.
In the following days, Dehya had a duel with Rahman in front of everyone, but suddenly the sand shifts and begins to swallow the group right at the entrance of the Mausoleum of Deshret.
Exploring, Aether, Dehya and the group discover the truth that King Deshret has always been a friend of Rukkhadevata and Rahman regrets having despised her from the beginning considering her an enemy of Deshret. After being convinced that the only enemies in common are those of the Akademiya, Alhaitham and Dehya begin with their plan to rescue the Leser Lord Kusanali.
As agreed, Alhaitham and Dehya work out their new plan together with Cyno, Aether and Candace as follows: Aether would raid the Akademiya with Alhaitham in order to be purposely sent to the prison to lower the scholars' guard, while Dehya would be in charge of ambushing the Akademiya members, with Isak as a bait in a Kusanali disguise.
After executing his part of the plan, Cyno would take care of the rest. Meanwhile, after having waited many hours in the prison connecting his consciousness with Nahida, Aether is freed by Dehya.
Some time after rescuing the Lesser Lord Kusanali, Dehya and Aether head to the Zubayr Theater with Cyno, Alhaitham and Dunyarzad, at the invitation of a certain dancer there.
Before going to Fontaine, Aether has a farewell meeting with Dehya at the Rivat Caravan. At first, she thought he would leave Sumeru forever, but Aether and Paimon assured her that they would return to Sumeru at any time.

This ship tends to be one of the least popular, since fans consider that although Dehya is the female character with whom Aether has interacted the most, there is no sense of closeness.
Another notable reason is the existence of more popular ships even in the same region of Sumeru by both characters: although Aehya rivals Layther, it is rivaled by Nilother and Candehya. And in Aether's special case, his het ships are more popular with girls from Aether's Swordgirl Harem, a "harem" composed by teen girls with light sword, not to mention that Dehya uses a Claymore instead of a light sword.
