AgentMitsi is the het ship between Agent and Mitsi from the Animator vs. Animation fandom.

Canon

Agent was a security guard long before working for victim and Mitsi. He was hired after applying for the job. He rose in the ranks and managed to become good friends with the two of them. In a photo, He's shown on his laptop during Mitsi's presentation. It appears he is listening, he's just multitasking. During another photo. it's shown that he, victim, and Mitsi took a group selfie. He drew red bunny ears on victim after the photo was printed but left Mitsi unaltered. One night, Mitsi gave victim a blanket while he was passed out asleep on his desk. She also went underneath the blanket to snuggle with him and slept with him. Agent was looking through the door with a sheep by his side. The sheep looked up at him as he told it to be quiet. He then left the room to give them some privacy.

Mitsi points at the DJ to start playing some tunes at his booth. He turns on the music and everybody starts bouncing their heads to the beat. Agent is one of the first to put his drink down and enter onto the dance floor. He dances for a bit, spins and points one arm towards Mitsi. When Mitsi dies due to her file being destroyed in Newgrounds, Agent spends no time and goes over to victim to protect him before his file is burned too. He ends up managing to crawl half way out of his burning file, albeit his sunglasses coming off in the process. Mitsi picks up his glasses and hands them to him. He puts them on and Mitsi helps pull him out of his file before it disintegrated. She then grabs his arm and runs him over to Captain from Tankmen. He takes him and gives her the thumbs up. She notices Cerulean underneath some debris along with another character. She runs over there to save them and does so before being crushed by more debris. Agent tries running over to save her but it's too late, as she is killed by The Chosen One.

Agent backs off and runs into a portal to the Outernet. When victim asks where Mitsi went. Agent looks down to the ground, sad. Agent allows victim to put him into the Memory machine so his memories could be watched by him. When the scene of Mitsi dying plays out, Agent loses controls of his emotions and starts bawling tears.

Fanon

The ship is fairly popular with the community. After the premiere of "Victim", people started shipping VicMitsi, the ship between victim and Mitsi. Some people however, started to ship this pairing instead. The two of them showed quite a bond within the episode. Agent and Mitsi were shown to have quite a relationship, even with events that we don't even get to see as the audience. People saw Agent crying as him crying about the fact that Mitsi died, and saw it as Agent actually loving her. It's farther proven as he also was spying on her, snuggling with victim. Their rival ships are VicAgent, The ship between victim and Agent, and VicAgentMitsi, the ship between victim, Agent, and Mitsi.
