Akiana is the het ship between Akito Hayama and Sana Kurata from the Kodocha fandom.

Akito and Sana have been rivals since the sixth grade of elementary school due to Akito's troublemaker to make chaos in their class. Sana learns from Akito's best friend, Tsuyoshi Ohki that Akito's mom died giving birth to him and his older sister Natsumi blames him for her death. Then his friendship with Sana been continues to open his heart after Sana helps him have better relationship with his father and sister, after which they become closer. As the story progresses Akito fell in love with Sana, on their class field trip, Sana get some juice for Akito to make him feel better after elevator ride, spills juice all over him and Sana wiping the juice off him, then Akito kisses her first time.
His feeling for Sana grows stronger, but Sana is oblivious to his feeling for her. Sana developed strong rivalry with Akito at the beginning and gradually falls in love with Akito. On the Christmas Eve, Akito have been trying to figure out what to give Sana as present, Aktio makes small snowman for Sana, then Aktio kisses Sana second time as her Christmas present. During their first year of middle school, Sana ready to leave for filming new movie, Akito runs to her bus, and she gets out from bus to meet him. She is glad that he came, Akito wants to tell her something but he doesn't want to admit it in front of everyone, he told he will tell her when she gets back. Sana fully doesn't realize it until she makes call to talk with Akito about something he wants to tell, Aktio says that doesn't matter anymore, told her that he is dating her new best friend, Fuka Matsui which shocks her, and hangs up the phone, leaving her feels upset and hurt. When Asako talks with Sana about Akito and asks Sana if she is truly fell in love with Aktio, after thinking about after Sana & Akito have been through together since 6th grade school, Sana finally realize that she indeed loves Akito.
When Fuka Matsui and Naozumi Kamura made their decision to break up with; Fuka broke up with Akito, so Akito could be with Sana and Naozumi broke up with Sana after he realized that Sana still had feelings for Akito, so Sana can be happy with Akito.
Differences between Manga and Anime[]
In the end of the manga series, Akito returned to Japan from America to enroll high school, and reunited with his friends and Sana. At his house, Akito and Sana visit together to clean up his house, Akito hugs Sana and tells her that he missed her, Sana says that she missed him too and then they shared their kiss since last time they have seen each other.
On the episode 89 of anime, Akito runs outside to clear his head, he went go to Sana's house, realizes that it was her gift to him, he had failed to give her anything, going into her yard, and building a snowman identical to the one from last year. Then Sana passes by and sees Akito, they stand together close, and Sana sees that Naozumi was right about it, now she knows she is in love with Akito and he is same for Sana, but they are both silent for a time and ready to say what they are thinking to say "I lo-" but they are suddenly interrupted by their friends and having a snowball fights with friends.
On the episode 101 of anime, Akito can stand anymore of what is happening, Sana doing her best to support him about Karate Club. After figures out where Nakao is at, they went to the old building roof to though window and then see him who is barely conscious, but when they tries to pull back to get help, they find that they can't move.
On the episode 102 of anime, Sana trying to move her body but got hurt, Akito calls her name. Everyone went to looking for Akito, Sana, Nakao and then Akito can yell to call them that they're there, despite bleeding from the forehead, being in pain and Sana on the verge. With the force of the faculty, Rei, and Akito and Sana's friends (Fuka, Tsuyoshi and Aya), they able break the door down, and medics come in and get them all out to hospital. During the hospital, Sana was planning going to different school with Akito together if Akito get expelled from their school. After Sengoku resign from his position as teacher, Akito informs Sana that he is preparing for his black-belt test, and Sana encourages him on his test and Akito want to tell her something after he get his black belt but Akito gets something in his eye, Sana comes towards him to help his eyes, Akito grabs her hand and kiss her, then Sana hits him and calls him a pervert just like old times. Before leaving, Sana says that she have to tell Akito something after he gets black belt and wishes him for his test which Akito agrees.
Deep Clear[]
It is revealed that they have married for three years and expecting child. When Sana tells Akito news about their child, Akito tells Sana to abort it, Sana asks him why is he say stupid things, they argued about it every times and Akito told her if she don't, he'll leaves her which makes her crying.
Rei Sagami informed detective named Shuri Otokawa about if Akito is having affair and explains that Sana & Akito are currently living separately. Shuri Otokawa follows Akito in secret, Akito caught Shuri, asks her if she is following him now and the other day too, Akito ask Shuri if she is fan of Sana's and informed her that she won't find anything by hanging around him. Shuri tells Akito that she have loved Sana for long time and admire her, she is worried that Sana haven't appearing on TV lately. Akito told Shuri that Sana is currently working on project, Shuri asks Akito if she is not ill or anything before Akito answers her question, Shuri sees Akito's memories of Sana as children, reading his thoughts about the childbirth and Akito informs Shuri that Sana is not sick, she don't need to worry and tells her to stop following him. Shuri thinks that Akito care a lot about Sana. Sana explains to Shuri that the subject of birth is traumatic for Akito who lost his mother when she gave birth to him which worried Akito that Sana will dies from childbirth. Sana also told Shuri that Akito came to meet her yesterday for a little while last night and says it was easy to see that his face turned pale every time he looked at her belly.
Then Shuri called Akito to informed him that Sana is going into labor, which surprised him and drop the phone. Shuri saw Akito waiting outside, tells him to go to his wife's side but Akito tried going to back his work, Shuri stops him, reading his negative thoughts and told him that Sana is doing fine, Akito explains to Shuri that Sana said the lines from long times ago: "The Reason I gave birth to you is because I've loved you since before you were born.", Akito says that Sana said that as a line in something because she didn't really fully comprehend its meaning, she said "I'm so happy that I get to experience this for myself.", Akito confirmed about she said that with a beautiful smile on her face. Shuri, Akito and Rei are in waiting room,
Akito shocked to hear Sana burst out laughing after give birth, says that her baby look just likes her dad. Akito visit to checks on Sana and his daughter in the delivery room. When Sana invited Shuri to her old home for welcome party for saved the lives of herself and the baby's. Akito came with his daughter rush to Sana to change the baby diapers. Sana thanks Shuri while holding her baby, their daughter grabs Akito's fingers and they've decided to name their daughter as "Sari".

Akito and Sana have only daughter named Sari Hayama, Sari looks very similar to her mother.
