Akiyama Siblings is the family ship between Mizuki Akiyama and Yuuki Akiyama from the Project SEKAI fandom.
Canon[]
Mizuki and Yuuki are close siblings despite being separated due to Yuuki's work as a fashion designer abroad. Mizuki occasionally looks up to Yuuki as their older sister and was the one who inspired them to create their love for fashion. The two are remarkably comparable when it comes to their interest for fashion and more particularly when it pertains to the subject at hand. Often then, Mizuki has been encouraged by Yuuki whenever they've been treated differently to their sense of fashion and personality at school; reassuring them to follow their heart even if they feel frustrated from the contempt they received. Mizuki mentions Yuuki twice in two events before she debuts in 'And Now, I Wear This Ribbon'.

In the event, specifically from the episode, A Gift From My Big Sis, which is considered as their first interactions, their relationship can be seen as Yuuki sends Mizuki a gift consisting of clothes, snacks, and a ribbon; including a greeting card referring Mizuki as 'the cutest person in the world'. Mizuki goes in the Empty Sekai and talks about their older sister to Luka and Miku shortly after.
The Akiyama Siblings' interactions continue in Our First Collaborative Work and The Path I Want to Walk, Yuuki discovers a video that Mizuki had been working on. She confronts them about it and initially thought it was for an anime they had enjoyed, but Mizuki later admits it was for an online group they had recently joined, they continue to say how they were embarrassed about being a part of the group. Until Yuuki comforts them; reassuring them further about their freedom and will, telling how they should do what they want to do, as they wait for someone to truly understand them. Before Yuuki leaves in a rush, she gives Mizuki a ribbon using her favorite kind of fabric.

In Happy News, Mizuki hears from her mother that Yuuki is coming back for New Years' Eve. It is revealed by Mizuki that they have not met in person for awhile since possibly middle school and have only sent emails and talked in calls. Mizuki thinks about what to do on their meeting amidst a short flashback is shown where a middle schooler Mizuki is trying on clothings choosen by a younger Yuuki at the first sales. Mizuki thinks about that time and wants to do it vice-versa to Yuuki and sends an email to her.

Akiyama Siblings is widely appreciated as a familyship, as many adore the healthy familial relationship the two have. They are often regarded as a familial ship in both the eastern and western fandoms, where Yuuki may be seen cheering or encouraging Mizuki in different scenarios or being portrayed as healthy siblings likewise to the canon. However, it is not as popular nor seen by the fandom due to the fewer interactions they have, and it is overshadowed by more familyships in general, such as Shinonome Siblings and Hinomori Sisters.
