AliSeiran is the femslash ship between Ali Maud and Seiran Lizzy from the I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day fandom.

Ali and Seiran were girlfriends and roommates at the mysterious orphanage that trains and sends orphans to fight in a war. It is unknown when they became girlfriends, but they have been roommates for years, having met as soon as they were both taken in by the orphanage at a young age. Ali's origins are unknown, but Seiran was originally living by herself on the streets of a war-torn town. Because of the circumstances she was rescued from, Seiran feels indebted to the orphanage and believes it her duty to fulfill what the orphanage wants of her - to go out onto the battlefield and fight their enemies. Despite wishing for Seiran to stay instead due to the high possibility of death for those who get sent to fight, Ali knows that Seiran's strong sense of justice is what makes Seiran who she is and does not stop her.
Their relationship is at first not well-known to their peers; the two preferred to keep it to themselves. Alone, they were very sweet with one another, spending soft moments with each other throughout the day and sharing a bed at night. In public, they would always be side-by-side together and often hold hands or share knowing looks. The true nature of their relationship is not revealed until after Seiran's death and Ali begins to allow herself to grieve, however. Ali later shares that had it not been for Seiran's tendency to look out for her peers, Ali herself would not have reached out and befriended Sheena and Mimi.
Despite showing a practical and serious exterior to others, deep down, Seiran enjoyed pretty things such as makeup and jewelry. Knowing this, Ali made a necklace out of a glass bead containing a letter she wrote with prayers for Seiran's continuous safe return from battle. She gifted the necklace to Seiran, who would cherish and always touch the necklace when going out to fight. After Seiran is fatally wounded, she thinks about Ali and it is her desire to return to Ali that enables her to make her way back to her peers before she finally succumbs to her injuries. When Seiran dies, her necklace is all that remains as the rest of her disintegrates. Mimi, who was the only one to witness Seiran's death, returns the necklace to Ali. Though trying to remain strong at first and saying how her memories with Seiran will never go away, Ali falls apart in her grief when alone. She gets caught in the middle of her bedroom having not cleaned up any of Seiran's belongings as she was supposed to, not even realizing that a whole day had passed already. She later admits that she did not want to become someone different from the one that Seiran had fallen in love with. When Sheena tells her that it's okay to grieve, Ali falls apart and sobs at Seiran's funeral. Seiran's death continues to affect Ali deeply, even as she finally accepts Seiran being gone and continues on in life without her.

AliSeiran is the second most popular ship behind MimiSheena in the I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day fandom. It is a pairing that causes a lot of heartache in fans due to Seiran being dead. Many fans find the relationship to be very sweet and soft, showing a side to Ali and especially Seiran not publicly shown to the main protagonists. The portrayal of the pair juxtaposed with the horrors of war is often praised to be very well done, especially since it does not give the pairing a happy ending. Fans found it shocking and very tragic how most of the relationship's greater details weren't revealed until after Seiran died, but also see how the fallout and Ali's grief following Seiran's death are part of the story being told. Fans still heavily grieve Seiran’s death whenever she appears again, especially in Ali’s flashbacks and in promotional couple illustrations alongside Ali.
