AllMic is the slash ship between Hizashi Yamada and Toshinori Yagi from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon[]
Hizashi and Toshinori are both Pro-Heroes and staff members at UA High School. As such, they run in very similar circles so even if they do not share very many one-on-one interactions with each other they are often existing within the same space. Hizashi and Toshinori interact briefly in the Vigilantes spin-off manga when Toshinori saves Hizashi and others from the villain named Number 6. When Toshinori starts working at UA, the media immediately flock to the school for comments from the teachers. Hizashi does his best to bypass the media, even going so far as to work with Shota Aizawa to have them removed from the campus entirely. Later on in the semester, Hizashi is shown reacting with shock and possible annoyance towards Toshinori's All Might ringtone. The two are often seen together in faculty staff meetings, and they are two of the teachers tasked with running Class 1-A's final practical exam.
After the students of 1-A earn their Hero Licenses, Izuku Midoriya visits the staff room to speak with Toshinori about interning with Sir Night Eye. When Toshinori responds that he doesn't want to have to speak with Sir Night Eye, Hizashi pops on screen and teases him, calling him "emo". Since Katsuki Bakugou and Shoto Todoroki were the only two students not to pass their Licensing Exams, Toshinori and Hazashi are sent to supervise them at their remedial training course. They are being sent together in case the League of Villains tries to attack the training. They run into Enji Todoroki at the training center, and Hizashi offers to get coffee for all three of them in an attempt to avoid the obvious tension between Enji and Toshinori. Partway through the training, Hizashi decides to take over as official commentator. Toshinori points out that this is how Hizashi shows his care for the students, and how he looks out for them in his own way.
Hizashi and Toshinori are seen together in the second volume of the "Team Up Missions" spin-off manga. Hizashi invites Toshinori to his radio show, and the two try and offer advice to students. However, it quickly becomes clear that they have very different ideas about what advice to give out. While Toshinori is level-headed and logical, Hizashi keeps suggesting that the students solve all their problems with rap battles. He also has to teach Toshinori modern slang, such as explaining the meaning of "roast" to him. In the end, Toshinori laments that they never could figure out how to be on the same page with one another.

AllMic is considered to be a rarepair in the My Hero Academia fandom. Hizashi has one of the most popular ships overall with EraserMic, which means that other pairings for him are difficult to come by. However, the pairing does have a number of fans. The ship likely sailed due to the surface similarities, yet inner differences that the two characters have. They create an interesting dynamic, especially between the two personas Toshinori seems to present -- the boisterous All Might vs. the quieter, more sage "Small Might".
On AO3, AllMic is the eleventh most written ship for both Hizashi and Toshinori. There are currently 200+ written works.
