Amoku is the het ship between Amai Odayaka and Shoku Tsuburaya from the Yandere Simulator fandom.

Canon

Story Mode (202X)

Amai and Shoku are two students who go to the same school and are both in the cooking club. On the other hand, Shoku has feelings for Amai. If Ayano wants to help him about the person he likes, Shoku first says that he does not like anyone, but then indirectly asks Ayano to learn all the likes and dislikes of the person he likes, that is, Amai. When Ayano does what he wants, Shoku thanks her.

When Amai cannot attend the first week of school due to problems, she asks Shoku to look after her club because Amai trusts him in this regard. During the week that Amai arrives, Shoku will occasionally blush around her and look at her. If Ayano kills Amai in front of Shoku, Shoku will attack Ayano and try to neutralize her, even though his power is low. When Amai died due to a furnace explosion on Thursday, if Shoku noticed Amai's body, he would go to Amai's body, kneel down and cry, and then call the police. On Friday, he would attend Amai's memorial service. Amai and Shoku have many common likes and dislikes, including: cooking, gardening, cats, and family. Dislikes include: the occult, video games, violence, and gossip. Amai and Shoku have very similar personalities and appearances.

Matchmaking

If Ayano wants to eliminate Amai through matchmaking, she needs to match her with Shoku. During the matchmaking, Shoku changes his appearance according to the features Amai finds attractive. For Amai, Shoku shows a more courageous behavior and makes himself braver. and compliments her and gives her so many gift. If Shoku (and Ayano) are successful in the matchmaking, Amai will write a letter to Shoku, her new crush, instead of Taro on Friday, and when Shoku finds the letter and comes to the sakura tree, he will reciprocate Amai`s new feelings and they will kiss together, and the next day they will hold hands together as a couple. They will come to school. İf Ayano attacks and kills Shoku while they are a couple together, Amai will attack Ayano and try to neutralize her, even though her strength is low. If Shoku dies while they are a couple, Amai will cry next to Shoku's corpse.

Since Amai canonically died on Thursday of the second week, Shoku was never able to reveal his feelings for her.

Fanon

Amoku is a partially known ship in the fandom, it is not popular but it is not a rare ship. The ship is mostly shipped because Shoku and Amai have similar personalities and appearances, and the fact that Shoku is Amai's suitor increases the fire of this ship. On the other hand, some people say that this ship is very boring because they have similar personalities and appearances, making them look like siblings. Therefore, some people ship Amai with Umeji and believe that Umeji should be Amai's suitor. The ship is generally a popular ship for both characters and has a moderate presence in the fandom, but still has below average fan art and below average fan fiction.
