AngryBalloon is the slash ship between Looey and Shrimpo from the Dandy's World fandom.
Canon[]
Looey and Shrimpo are both fellow Toons. Both can be bought from Dandy's shop in the Lobby with the right requirements at all times. The two currently only share one interaction with each other in the Elevator.
Looey is a male non-event regular Toon resembling an animal balloon. He has a passive ability that allowws him to go faster on less hearts. Shrimpo, on the other hand, is a male non-event regular Toon resembling a shrimp. He possesses a passive ability that drastically lowers his stealth by -99, making him even worse in terms of Stealth than Brightney, the only 1★ Stealth Toon besides Shrimpo, having 0 in Stealth.
Personality-wise, Looey is a kind toon and is part of a three-toon circus troupe. He does, however, have a nervous side, as seen in some of his dialogues, and worries that he may be a waste of space. With that said, Shrimpo is quite the opposite. He's mean and aggressive, having stated that he hates basically everything and frequently bullies every Toon he sees.
In their only shared dialogues, Looey greets Shrimpo, calling him "buddy" in the process and asking how he's feeling. In response, Shrimpo loudly exclaims that if he had a sharp pin, he'll pop the other Toon. When Looey goes quiet afterwards, Shrimpo continues by stating that he will put thumbtacks in his room, and with him being a balloon, that wouldn't turn out well. Looey would eventually end the conversation by saying he'll check up on Shrimpo later.
In Looey's second interaction with Poppy, he asks her if she ever feels scared of thumbtacks. When Poppy explains she does all the time, Looey then mentions Shrimpo's repeated attempts to place thumbtacks in his room. Poppy responds by remarking that it's a pointless use of thumbtacks, and Looey agrees.

AngryBalloon is considered a rarepair in the Dandy's World fandom. The reasons as to why this ship was created is quite unknown as a result. However, it may be because of how Looey tried to start off their first and only interaction with Shrimpo by asking him how he's feeling, additionally calling him "Buddy." It may also be because people ship the two merely because they can.
As previously stated, this ship is considered a rarepair. Because of this, it is easily overtaken in popularity by pairs such as RageBait and ShrimpTea on Shrimpo's side, as well as Berryfunny and Poly Circus on Looey's side.
