Aoi & Shion is the family ship between Aoi Tenjiku and Shion Tatsunami from the Saihate Station fandom.
Canon[]
Bits and pieces of the game allude to Aoi, such as when Haru and Shion are discussing siblings, and Shion cannot bring himself to talk about it. Another is through examining the crossed out family photo in the apartment, to where Shion tells Haru that it is not important.
It is implied through Shion's diary entries that the two had very strict, borderline abusive parents. Shion's diary talks about how he would often get called names or be deprecated, and how Aoi would get yelled at or hit. Shion notes that, despite all these horrible things happening to her, Aoi would just smile and pretend that she is okay. This optimism from Aoi annoyed Shion greatly. In a diary entry from 5 years before, Shion speaks on how Aoi is no longer family to him, and how she was never family to him at all.
Shion confirms this parental abuse in END Z, when he tells Haru that he has a twin sister. Shion talks about how him and Aoi would get hit by their parents for not getting good grades. Shion talks about how Aoi would constantly be punished, as she had been terrible at school, and would instead have fun. Shion talks about how he wanted to have fun as well, though did not want to go down the same path Aoi did.
Shion ends up killing Aoi for Haru's sake, and remarks that he hated to share the same genes as her. Aoi's disembodied voice in the game post-death tells Haru to "forgive" her "awkward brother."

Fanon[]
As the game is mostly about Haru and Shion, there is not much fandom focus on the two siblings. Some artwork of the duo include Haru as well, with the two of them being the most important people to Haru. Some artwork may depict the two with Haru as a way to show a rivalry between the duo, competing for Haru.
