AoyaChako is the het ship between Yuga Aoyama and Ochako Uraraka from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon[]
After Izuku’s poor performance in the ball throwing sector of the Quirk Apprehension Tests, Ochako watches Izuku worriedly. At this, Yuga grabs her shoulder. He tells her "I’m here, cherie." To this, Ochako looks at him confusedly. She then asks if she knows him.
Yuga and Ochako are paired to fight Thirteen for the combat section of their Final Exams (5th matchup). Partnerships were made between students seen to share similar weaknesses. Meaning that the two, even with heavily differing quirks as theirs (Navel Laser and Gravity) are similar in combat.
They soon find themselves holding on for dear life to a railing as Thirteen keeps their Black Hole working against them. Ochako whines that they were "so close" to victory before they were caught. But instead of relenting to defeat, she begins to contemplate on how to escape her and Yuga's situation. More specifically, thinking about “What would Deku do in a time like this?” The moment this thought goes through her head, Yuga says “Hey,” to catch her attention. Ochako tells him to quiet down, as she’s busy thinking. Yuga then asks, albeit rhetorically, if she was thinking about “what Izuku Midoriya would do”. Ochako gives him a quizzical glance, before Yuga asks the last question she’d expected with a knowing glance. He says “Do you.. like him?” At this, Ochako blushes furiously, and momentarily forgetting her current predicament. She moves her hands to her face to hide it, but in doing so, gets pulled towards Thirteen.
As to not permanently injure her, Thirteen deactivates their quirk. This gives Ochako the opportunity to use the combat skills she picked up from Gunhead to pin down Thirteen. Before they can escape, Yuga joins Ochako. Together they capture Thirteen with the quirk-canceling handcuffs they were given prior to the exam. Allowing them to complete their exam, and more importantly, "pass".
After she regroups with her classmates, Ochako is jittery. Even jumping when Tsuyu grabs her shoulder, and asks what Yuga said to her. Ochako doesn’t remember what Tsuyu is referring to at first. But once she does, she flusters once again, turning red and moving her hands rapidly in denial at something no one knows to Tsuyu’s confusion. At this, Tsuyu lifts a finger to her chin, and thinks to herself that "Something happened out there, huh, Ochako?"

Due to their lack of interactions, and Ochako’s already prominent crush on Izuku, AoyaChako is not particularly popular in the MHA/BNHA fandom. However, Yuga’s interest in befriending Izuku late in the series was read in more than one way. One of the ways were simply wanting a friend in Izuku. Or, Yuga has romantic feelings for Izuku. Or he is interested in Ochako and wants to keep tabs if she and Izuku are, or are going to get together before he makes a move.
