AppleSisters is the family ship between Applejack and Apple Bloom from the My Little Pony fandom.

Canon

Apple Bloom is the younger sister of Applejack and they share a strong sibling bond. After their parents' passing, Applejack took the maternal role of guiding and supporting Apple Bloom. Their relationship reflects on a mix of responsibility and affection, with Applejack often balancing her role as a caretaker and role model while Apple Bloom looks up to her with admiration and seeks her guidance. However, there are times when Apple Bloom finds her sister overbearing, and Applejack occasionally becomes impatient with Apple Bloom.

Season One

Apple Bloom is introduced in “Friendship is Magic”, but is established as Applejack's younger sister in the episode "Bridle Gossip." In the episode, Applejack has warned Apple Bloom against Zecora the zebra, being one of many Ponyville denizens to fear the stranger. Applejack has a somewhat exaggerated view of Apple Bloom’s perception of Zecora, however, describing a fearful reaction that Apple Bloom quickly denies. When Twilight suggests that Zecora’s behavior may be entirely innocent, Apple Bloom tries to voice an opinion but is silenced by her argumentative sister.

After Apple Bloom leaves to follow Zecora, Applejack is the first to notice her absence. Applejack leads the pursuit and soon catches Apple Bloom, picking her up and confronting Zecora. After the zebra departs, Applejack reprimands her younger sister. Apple Bloom later brings a shrunken Applejack to Twilight’s library, where the other ponies are all afflicted in various ways. When the older ponies conclude that Zecora must have cursed them, Apple Bloom blames herself and sets out to make things right.

Having noticed Apple Bloom leaving, Applejack manages to jump back onto her. She then attempts to order Apple Bloom not to go after Zecora, but Apple Bloom refuses. Applejack tries asserting her authority as “big sister”, but as Apple Bloom points out with some amusement, she is currently the bigger between them. Apple Bloom then leaves Applejack behind, in spite of Applejack yelling after her and even threatening to tell their older brother.

After reaching Zecora’s hut for a confrontation, Applejack and the others are amazed and relieved to find Apple Bloom safe. Apple Bloom then helps explain to the group that Twilight’s original instincts about Zecora were correct, and that their “curses” are reactions to a plant they encountered in the forest. Zecora helps to create a cure, but Apple Bloom becomes concerned after losing track of Applejack. However, Applejack-now back to normal size-quickly assures her sister that all is well.

Season Two

In the episode "Sisterhooves Social" it is known that the Apple Sisters often compete in a Sisterhooves Social, a competition for siblings.
