AquPhillip is the het ship between Aqua and Prince Phillip from the Kingdom Hearts fandom.
Canon[]
Aqua visits the Enchanted Dominion while searching for Terra and Ventus through numerous worlds. There she encounters the sorceress Maleficent, who asks Aqua to join her. When she refuses, Maleficent banishes Aqua to the dungeons. It is there that Aqua meets Prince Phillip, another one of Maleficent's captives. They introduce themselves, and Phillip speaks of his love for Princess Aurora. Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather, having overheard this, free Phillip from his chains.
Phillip declares he is going to go and awaken Aurora, and Aqua agrees to go with him. Maleficent creates a forest of thorns around the castle to deter Aqua and Phillip, but this does not stop them. Maleficent then transforms into a large dragon, and the pair fight against her. During the boss fight, Phillip becomes Aqua's party member. They can perform a move together, which involves Phillip grabbing Aqua's hand and throwing her onto Maleficent's back. Together, they defeat the dragon.
While Aqua confronts Maleficent outside of the castle, Phillip runs in to awaken Aurora. Aqua assures Maleficent that she was defeated using the power of true love, before departing the world. Later, when Aqua is trapped in the Realm of Darkness, she returns to a dark version of the Enchanted Dominion. While Phillip is not present in this dark world, its appearance for Aqua proves that it was a very important world to her.

Although AquPhillip may not be as well liked as Aquarella, when it comes to "KH x Disney" ships within the Kingdom Hearts fandom, it still has a small number of loyal fans. Even though it was known from the start that Phillip would eventually end up with Aurora, fans had liked the energy they got from them. Despite Aqua's brief time with the Sleeping Beauty prince, as the two spent most of it fighting their way out of Maleficent's castle, before they found themselves battling dragon Maleficent together. AquPhillip most commonly rivals the Terraqua, Philora, and even Aquarella ships.
It is one of a few Kingdom Hearts ships that involves a Disney character with a non-Disney character, following Terrella, Sorariel and Sorapunzel. These kind of KH ships aren't very common in the fandom since many prefer to ship the Kingdom Hearts characters with each other than with any of the Disney, Final Fantasy or The World Ends with You cameo characters, that they appeared to be close with.
