Out of Time[]
Oliver and Nate find the Waverider, and enter the medbay to see Mick there. Oliver sees that the ship is keeping him in stasis, and Nate goes to turn it off. Mick dramatically wakes up, and goes to attack Oliver who easily dodges his attacks. He pushes him back into the chair and says that he'd rather not break Mick's arm, asking him to tell him what happened to his team. Mick says that he wouldn't believe him even if he told him.
They head to the galley, and Mick says that Rip had knocked him out before this, much to his embarrasment. Oliver says that Sara had previously told her father that she was leaving to protect history, and Nate asks why history needs protecting. Mick explains how the time masters had been destroyed so it was the Legends job to take over and fix history. He starts to explain starting with them at the court of Louis XIV, much to Nate and Oliver's confusion. Mick says that they wanted the full story, but Oliver points out that they have lives to get back to. Mick says that they had ended up going to 1942, which was a time that they'd been told not to go back to. Oliver asks why they did if that was the case, and Mick continues the story, explaining how there was an abberition in that time. Oliver assumes it would have involved Nazis, and Mick says that it would have ended with them nuking New York City.
Mick finishes the story with them all being time scattered, him being left behind, and the Waverider stopping the nuke. Oliver and Nate then ask where Rip is, but Mick assumes he time scattered himself with everyone else. He says he should find his team, and Oliver offers up Nate, a historian to help him. Mick questions it, but Oliver says that without Nate Mick would still be in stasis. Mick sees that as a good point, and heads to the library.
