AyuKari is the femslash ship between Ayumu Uehara and Karin Asaka from the Love Live! fandom.
Canon[]
Ayumu and Karin were the students of Nijigasaki High, however neither of them have ever met for once prior to joining the school idol club. Although Karin have acknowledged that the initial School Idol Club was already disbanded by their very own founder Setsuna Yuki at the start of the series, Ayumu have convinced her childhood friend Yu to start the school idol, and with the help of former member Kasumi to revived the school idol club. As a part of the club's activity, Ayumu began practicing her own idol introduction at the back of the campus building where no one's around to see her. While she makes her pose, Karin passed by at the corner and saw her pose, much to Ayumu feeling embarrassed and she's visibly sweating. Karin admired her acting that her words came from her heart and she gives her an advice to think whom she's speaking for, to which Ayumu replied with someone who supports her. Karin smiled back and says "Do your best" before leaving.
After the school idol club has formally restored, Karin was soon invited to the club by her best friend Emma. Although Ayumu and Karin have both joined the idol club, they’re not known to each other despite they met the other day, however they only help assisting some of the members who were in need of help like Rina and Kanata. One day, a joint school academy had invited Nijigasaki to participate for Diver Fes, however the concert mandates that only one representative of each schools must participate. While the group are discussing about the concert which one will participate, Ayumu suggest they should do the lottery, however Karin responded it won’t work so only one of them can participate.

DIZZY LILY VALLEY is a song by Ayumu and Karin included in NIJIGAKU FLOWER MUSIC which will be released on December 17, 2025.

AyuKari is one of the lesser popular Nijigasaki ship owing to their lack of bonding in any canon stories prior to the surprised duet announcement. In the anime series, they were only given a simple short moment in a form of small conversation, however they make no mention of their relationship outside of their brief scene and in the mobile game ALL STARS. Before the surprised announcement of their duet, only few fans have appreciate this ship due to being the rarest of all major Niji ships and their simple bondings when they paired together. Despite their unlikely personalities surrounding the two, some fans often sees their relationship being purely wholesome. Then come Nijigaku Flower Music where fans voted for their favorite pairs to have their duet based on one of six flower themes, this surprises many Niji fans when AyuKari pairings were chosen for the "Lily of the Valley" song.
