Babitha is the femslash ship between Barbara and Tabitha from the Gotham fandom.

Barbara and Tabitha met when Tabitha broke her and the rest of The Maniacs out of Arkham. The two had fun torturing the mayor together and became lovers during that time. Tabitha started to grow board with Barbara though and started a relationship with Butch when Barbara was sent to Arkham again.
When Barbara is let out of Arkham, she becomes lost and goes to Tabitha. Tabitha takes her in, and breaks up with Butch, starting an on and off again relationship with Barbara. They open a club called the Siren together, but their relationship starts to become rocky after Barbara starts planning to take over the Gotham underground.
Butch tells Tabitha that all her loyalty to Barbara is worthless, that ever since she's teamed up with Edward Nygma. Barbara has been mistreating her. After Barbara's rage puts in the line of Tabitha and Butch, they both decided to kill Barbara. This is leading to the death of Barbara. In Season 4, Selina and Tabitha find a resurrected Barbara. Barbara asks Selina and Tabitha that working together again will bring us back on top. Barbara and Tabitha become partners and best friends again. During No Man's Land, Tabitha was stabbed in the heart by Penguin, her final words were "Barbara..don't.." Barbara then swears to avenge Tabitha's death, this is making Barbara's top mission to take Penguin's life.

Fans quickly started to ship them when the two had their first kiss. It became even more famous after the two started to became business partners and started to get more screen time together in Season 3, however, near the middle of the season, fans had doubt on how Barbara has been treating Tabitha terribly. Following Tabitha's betrayal towards Barbara, Barbara started to become more power hunger and rampaging, this led to Tabitha and Butch planning to kill Barbara. Barbara eventfully found out and shot and kill Butch in the head, resulting in Tabitha avenging Butch and killing Barbara.
League of Assassins leader, Ra's al Ghul resurrected Barbara. Selina and Tabitha finds a restored Barbara, apologizing for her actions, Tabitha in time forgave Barbara. Later in the show, the ship became rather close, as Barbara sacrificed her powers to save Tabitha from being killed by Ra's al Ghul, this eventfully shows that Barbara truly cares about people she values the most.
In the first episode of season 5, many outraged the writers and showrunners for killing Tabitha off the show, and leaving Barbara heartbroken. Some Bbaitha shippers even stopped watching the show after hearing about Tabitha, while some felt like the show was ruining LGBTQIAP+ representation; Nygmobblepot and Babitha both seemed to be the only LGBT+ ships among fans, with Tabitha being killed by Oswald, and Barbara left heartbroken and Oswald and Ed being locked in prison and departed from each other for 10 years.
On AO3, Babitha is the most written ship for Barbara and Tabitha. It is also the seventh most written ship in the Gotham (TV) tag. There are currently 300+ written works.
