BaekjinJihun is the slash ship between Na Baekjin and Bae Jihun from the Weak Hero fandom.
Canon[]
Donald Na (Na Baekjin in the Korean version) is the head of Yeo-Il High School and the leader of the Yeongdeungpo Union. Jimmy Bae (Bae Jihun in the Korean version) is the head of Yoosun High School and a Union executive.
Chapter 25
Helmet informs Donald that Jimmy took an independent commission from Phillip Kim (Kim Pilyoung in the Korean version) and attacked Eunjang on his own and lost. Donald tells Helmet he got the message and dismisses him. He had planned to clear things up with Jimmy soon anyway, and now he has a reason.
Chapter 43
Jimmy receives a text message from Donald saying that Jimmy's been listening to his words through his ass and that he'll see him at the assembly. He's annoyed and wonders if he'll end up like Myles Joo (Joo Seungjin in the Korean version).
Chapter 62
Donald announces that Daehyeon will be in charge of Yoosun and Ganghak will be in charge of Hyeongshin. He tells Jimmy and Forrest Lee (Lee Sehan in the Korean version) to give the data and report to Jake Ji (Ji Hakho in the Korean version) and Wolf Keum (Keum Seongje in the Korean version) every week.
Jimmy tries to speak up but Donald cuts him off and says if Jimmy says anything else, he’ll show him what he’s capable of. Jimmy shuts his mouth. Donald tells Jimmy to keep the boys under control and to look at what happened because he couldn’t control Helmet.
Chapter 73
As Jimmy works out, he thinks about Donald and imagines him winking and smirking.
Chapter 97
In a flashback to one year ago, Jimmy struggles in a fight against Ben Park (Park Humin in the Korean version). Donald Na and the Union arrive, with Donald mockingly asking what Jimmy’s doing while calling him a useless moron
Chapter 104
At Yeouinaru, Jimmy finishes talking to Donald and tells Jack Kang (Kang Jeongyeon in the Korean version) that he was called in for no reason other than to be given a hard time. Jack mentions that he heard from Kingsley Kwan (Kwon Seokhyeon in the Korean version) that Jake was called in a few days ago. Jimmy says he doesn't know what Donald is thinking, but that he will be done with this shit soon.
Chapter 127
Jimmy remembers accepting Myles Joo’s offer, which involves betraying Donald by joining Manwol. He tells Jack that he can stay out of it, but Jack says he’s going with him. Jimmy says he could be fucked if things go wrong, but Jack points out how they’re already screwed. The worst case scenario is that they die.
Chapter 134
At a Union assembly, Jimmy can't figure Donald out. When he fought Wolf and when Jake lost to Ben, he only gave the minimum of penalties and let them off the hook without even asking for details. In the past he would've given a more severe punishment, but Jimmy guesses that Donald did that so that it will be easier for the Mok-Ha Duo to join the Union. Since they beat Myles, anyone below Donald is at the same level.
Jimmy worries that Donald might know about his attempted betrayal. He thinks that since he has taken several precautions that there is no way that he knows, and he shouldn't jump to conclusions. Donald glares at Jimmy, causing him to flinch. Jimmy is terrified and wonders why Donald looked at him like that.
Chapter 195
A flashback shows Jimmy and Jack in Donald's office. Donald scolds Jimmy and tells him to get his act together. He knows about the two's attempted betrayal and their previous intention to join Myles and Manwol. Donald tells them that there's a reshuffling of vendors and to get the info from Ganghak. The flashback ends.
Chapters 199 and 201
In a flashback to three years ago, Jimmy is the head of Gilshin Middle School. He and Jack had recently lost against Manwol Squad 2. The two go to the Union's kickoff meeting. After mocking everyone there and getting looked down on by them in return, Jimmy and Jack prepare to leave.
Jimmy overhears Donald asking Kingsley which schools there are not on the list. Kingsley tells him Domyeong and Gilshin and asks if he should send them away. Donald says to let them stay because sometimes you need mutts to clean up the shit. Jimmy is angry but Jack calms him down and they leave.
After Jack gets kidnapped by Manwol, Jimmy begs Donald for help. At first, Donald refuses and asks if Jimmy thinks he's worth the risk of an all-out war between the Union and Manwol. Jimmy tells him that he's conquered the third years at Gilshin and says he'll join the Union as a mutt. Donald agrees and sends the Union's Action Squad to help. Jimmy tells Jack that he's not being used and is the one using Donald instead.
Chapter 228
All of the Union executives are gathered at Yeouinaru. Donald is upset by their losses and tells them to not dare go after Eunjang again without his orders, particularly pointing Jimmy out since he knows he's thinking of doing something stupid. Jimmy mentions fighting again, but Donald angrily squeezes his shoulder and says hates the words “fight again” because it is pathetic for Jimmy to refuse to admit that he had lost.
Donald says there are no second chances because losers have no rights. Second chances are only given by winners in a special show of grace, which is why the fact that he has to accept Ben’s challenge because the executives lost pisses him off to no end.
Chapter 264
Jimmy attends Donald's funeral. A brief flashback reveals that Jimmy’s whole “wagging wrist” thing was him copying Donald Na. Jimmy realizes that all he had wanted was for Donald to recognize him.
Chapter 267
After Kingsley re-recruits Wolf into the Union and carries out Donald's orders even after his death, Jimmy notes that Donald is still acting like a king even after dying. He recalls how in the end, no one had been able to defeat Donald and now no one ever will. Donald has become someone who can’t be surpassed.

Fanon[]
People ship Donald and Jimmy because Donald has shown favoritism towards him. Even though Jimmy attempted to betray the Union, Donald didn’t punish him for it. During the Manhunt Arc, when Forrest spoke, Donald threw an ashtray at him for speaking without permission. However, right afterwards, Jimmy also spoke without permission and wasn’t scolded or punished for it. Donald has also called Jimmy “adorable” when talking to Forrest about Jimmy’s loss against Eunjang. He has also lightly patted Jimmy’s face.
Donald is the only person Jimmy has begged for help from, and Donald, after some convincing, considers Jimmy worth the risk of an all-out war between the Union and Manwol. Jimmy also has been shown imitating Donald, such as copying his wagging wrist and ordering his minions to bring Ben to him rather than going after Ben himself.
