Bellector is the friendship between Emperor Belos and the Collector from The Owl House fandom.

During Philip Wittebane's time trapped in the Demon Realm, he learns about an imprisoned child from the stars and knew that they'll be able to help him bring an end to witches, before returning home. Philip knew where the glass tablet that serves as a window to their prison is, but would rather danger the lives of others than his own life. As he digs the tablet out of the sealed room, while his sacrifices distract the creature guarding it. Thanks to the light glyph he learned from another human who travelled through time to meet him, Philip was able to summon the Collector's spectro shadow. The Collector longing for their freedom and a friend to play with, Philip took advantage of the Collector's desires in order to gain the knowledge he seeks from them. With the promise of freeing them once he reached his goal. Because the Collector was unaware what death truly means to mortals and that Philip has no real intention to free them, the Collector tells him how to use and prepare for the draining spell. Together they were able to turn Philip Wittebane into Emperor Belos, as they wait and prepare for the eclipse that the draining spell requires to work for what Belos has planned.
Belos ensured that no one else knew about the Collector or what they have planned for the Boiling Isles. The Collector has seen Belos create and destroy many of the grimwalkers he created of his late brother, while thinking of them as broken toys and that Belos was simply making his next toy better than the last one. The two only talk to each other when they believe that they are alone. Unknown to them, however, Kikimora had secretly caught Belos talking to a living shadow and learns who the Collector is. As well as noticing that Belos fears the child, but keeps a strait face to hide this fact from the Collector. He didn't want to lose the hold he has over his most powerful pawn, and lets the Collector believe that they are friends and allies who are honest with each other. As for the Collector, they were exited for the Day of Unity and seeing Belos with small drops of Titan's blood gave them hope that Belos will to keep their promise.
On the very day they have waited for, the Collector sees Belos getting ready to finally return home, they try to remind the witch hunter that he had been away from the human realm for centuries and how much can change during that time. Belos didn't care and he was prepared to use every drop of blood in the key for the portal. While leaving none for the Collector. Who became angry at Belos for breaking their promise and then tossing the tablet away. Thinking that he had no further use for the Collector and him going home meant that their paths would never cross again. Until King freeing the Collector to stop the draining spell proved him wrong. He tried to get himself back on the Collector's good side, but they were still angry at him and then sends him across the room when playing tag. Causing Belos's body to splat into a puddle of goo on the wall, while a drop of him that contains Belos's consciousness escaped into the human realm.
Knowing that the Collector wouldn't trust him again after Belos found away back to the Demon Realm, he decided to possess one of witches that the Collector had turned into a puppet. So they could trick the Collector into getting rid of Luz and her allies for him, while making them think that they talking to Raine Whispers. This allowed Belos to learn a few Titan related facts and gets the idea to merge himself the Titan's still beating heart to destroy all life on the Isle. Due to the stories and advice Luz told the Collector they tried to reform Belos through an act of kindness, but Belos's desire to destroy the Demon Realm and its witches got him to attack the Collector, with the power he obtained from the Titan's heart. Seeing Luz die from blowing Belos's attack on the child got the Collector to finally understand death, and tries to prevent Belos's killing moss from harming anyone else. The Collector came close to being consumed by it themselves, until a revived Luz defeated Belos and freed the Isles from his destructive fungus moss. Saving the Collector and those they were trying to protect. Unlike Boles who was trapped in the past and tried to keep his late brother from leaving him, the Collector realised their mistakes and worked to fixed them, as well as them willing to let those they came close to go.

After the two were first seen together in one the memories of "Hollow Mind," some people had began to parallel them with King Andrius and the Core from Amphibia. Until they saw Belos betray the Collector in "King's Tide" and later learn in the last two episodes of three season, that the Collector was simply a child that Belos took advantage of. With the way he used and abused Hunter, it wasn't surprising that Belos had done something similar with the Collector. Even though a small group did found it sweet that they had tried to reform him, Belos trying to kill them only proves how evil and misguided he truly is.
