Best Friend Squad is the friendship between Adora, Bow and Glimmer from the She-Ra and the Princesses of Power fandom.

The Best Friend Squad is the name given by Bow to his friend group with Adora and Glimmer. Their relationship was rocky at first due to Glimmer not trusting Adora.
They spend a lot of time together, and are extremely good friends. They trust and care for each other immensely. The three have a strong relationship, being best friends for the entirety of the show.
Season 1[]
In Episode 2: The Sword Part 2, Glimmer and Bow have to disguise Adora so she doesn't get recognized as a Horde soldier. They put Glimmer's light blue cape on her, and Bow decides to put a flower in her hair, which Adora protests. This is one of the first interactions between the three in the show.
In Episode 6: System Failure, Bow talks about all the arrows he has made. He mentions his newest arrow, "The Sonic Arrow," and Glimmer and Adora laugh at him and asking why that would be useful.
In Episode 8: Princess Prom, Glimmer is excited to go to the titular event with Bow until Bow tells her he's going with Perfuma. Glimmer is sad and angry for much of the episode, and has to attend with Adora instead.
In Episode 9: No Princess Left Behind, Adora launches an attempt to save Glimmer and Bow from the Fright Zone. This episode really showcases how much the trio cares about each other and how they would do anything for each other.
Season 5[]
In Episodes 4 and 5--Stranded and Save the Cat, respectively--Glimmer and Bow completely support Adora’s desire to save Catra from Horde Prime, despite the latter acting as a major antagonist to their group for the entirety of the show until this point.
In Episode 8: Shot in the Dark, Bow and Glimmer share a Best Friend Squad hug with Catra, despite her protests. Glimmer and Bow's relative swiftness in accepting Catra into their group, despite everything she's done, shows how much they want Adora to be happy.
In Episode 12: Heart Part 1, Bow said, “The four of us don’t need luck. We’re the Best Friend Squad.” He included Catra in this statement, officially welcoming her into the Best Friend Squad.
Fanon[]
The group is mainly shipped as friends since they are called the Best Friend Squad. They have a strong friendship and shipping them as friends is reasonable and canon-compliant. It's easy to like the friendship between the three since they get so much screen time. Some people ship the Best Friend Squad romantically because they like the romantic ships Glimadora and Glimbow. Although, most people don't ship Adorabow since Adora is most likely canonically a lesbian. Those who want to include Catra in the Best Friend Squad often refer to the group as the Best Friend Quad.
On AO3, there are currently 720+ written works and 25+ romantic works.
