Bethole is the cargo ship between Beth and a pole from the Total Drama fandom.

BACKSTORY
In the Total Drama World Tour episode, "Anything Yukon Do, I Can Do Better", Bridgette was in the Yukon, where she was seduced by Alejandro into attempting to kiss him. When she tried to kiss him, however, he moved out of the way and she ended up kissing a pole instead. Alejandro would then abandon her there, leaving her stuck to the pole with her tongue, realizing she had been duped. She would later be eliminated for her incompetence leading to her team losing.
AFTERMATH: BRIDGETTE OVER TROUBLED WATER
In the later aftermath episode, "Bridgette Over Troubled Water", Bridgette was in trouble with her real boyfriend, Geoff, for cheating on him with Alejandro. Bridgette was too ashamed to leave her dressing room, scared of how Geoff would respong. Beth came to her assistance and encouraged her to try to apologize to Geoff and make things right with him. Beth eventually sang the apology song, "I'm Sorry" to Geoff and eventually won him over, getting them back together again. Geoff and Bridgette made out with each other and Bridgette commented that he was so much better than the pole.
Beth watched this on the TV in Bridgette's dressing room with the pole next to her. Upon hearing Bridgette call Geoff "better than the pole", Beth felt bad for the pole, seeing that he got insulted. Beth comforted the pole and told him that his relationship with Bridgette was just not meant to be. She also told him that he'll find someone better than her someday. Beth then scooted up closer to the pole and put her arm around him, lovingly as some romantic music played. She smiled and asked him what he was doing later, hinting that she was now in love with the pole and wanted to be his new girlfriend.

Bethole is a rarepair in the fandom but those who ship it seem to be very on board with their ship. Although some people ship them ironically, others think that they make a genuinely good couple. One reason for their togetherness is the lack of other ships for both parties. Beth's only other canon ship, Bradeth, was with Brady and this isn't extremely popular, given how Brady only appeared in one episode and only had like one line of dialogue. (The fact that Beth cheated on Brady with Justin and Harold also proves to a lot of shippers that she doesn't truly love Brady). The pole is also scrapped for other ships in the community, with the other other girls he canonically made out with being Bridgette and Heather. Polegette is not a widely favored ship because most fans found her relationship with Geoff to have more chemistry and were disgusted with how Bridgette cheated on Geoff with a pole in the episode where they made out. Poleather is also widely overlooked as Heather only made out with him in the bonus clip of "No One Egg-spects the Spanish Opposition" and would later dump him for Alejandro in the bonus clip of "The Obsta-kill Course", which was already the far superior ship regarding Heather. This leaves Beth as the only canon romance of the pole to actually garner any real traction from fans.
