Bladefly is the het ship between Blade and Firefly from the Honkai: Star Rail fandom.
Canon[]

In Dreamflux Reef, Firefly is traveling with Welt and the Trailblazer when a flashback takes place in Jepella. Firefly and Blade visited Kafka's place in the Japella Rebellion. They both were silent for a while while Blade continued to drive. The silence in the car was snapped once more by a soft sigh. Firefly didn't feel that long when she set off, as they approached a tunnel. Blade assured her that the Japella Brotherhood's downfall and the place where Kafka was will be reached in half an hour.

Fanon[]
Bladefly is a rarepair with a small amount of fan content. It originated from Blade and Firefly's car scene together in the Trailblaze Mission "Small Town Grotesque". Fans enjoy their polar opposite looks and personalities that complement each other, as well as their petite girl/big guy dynamic that easily turns into human-mecha yaoi when Firefly is in Sam's costume.
Yet most of the Western fandom prefers to see them platonically with Firefly as Blade's daughter, often paired with Silver Wolf. Additionally, the pairing's romantic variation has caused controversy in the Western fandom due to the popular belief that Blade is gay due to his suggestive past relationship with Dan Feng, despite the fact his relationship with Baiheng also suggested he had feelings for her, while Firefly is mostly seen as bisexual due to the romantic overtones in her relationships with both Trailblazers.
Currently, Bladefly has 10+ works on AO3 as a romantic ship and 15+ as a platonic ship.
