Bobbijan is the femslash ship between Bobbi Morse and Janet Van Dyne from the Marvel fandom.
Canon[]
Bobbi and Janet first meet in Avengers #242, right after Bobbi and Clint get married. This is very shortly after Janet and Hank’s divorce. Jan welcomes Bobbi warmly, and the awkwardness of their relative circumstances is acknowledged, but in a way where you can tell they’re going to get along. Afterwards, Bobbi and Clint move out to LA to start the West Coast Avengers, while Jan remains on the East Coast team. But they get to know each other better by hanging out every so often at Avengers functions and crossovers.
A few arcs into the West Coast Avengers run, Iron Man is forced to leave the team due to outside circumstances, and Jan comes to check on their morale. Jan’s arrival at the WCA compound is only a few issues after the Phantom Rider incident. Bobbi’s still keeping the details a secret from Hawkeye while Phantom Rider continues to haunt her. The stress is taking a toll, and even though Jan doesn’t know Bobbi very well, she realizes that something’s wrong. So Bobbi admits the truth to Jan, Wanda, Hank, and Vision, and they’re all immediately supportive of her.
When the truth about Phantom Rider comes out and Hawkeye wants to kick Bobbi off the team for not saving him, Jan consistently stands up for her. Afterwards, she gives Hawkeye a gentle dressing down and leaves, disappointed that she wasn’t able to help more. Fast-forward to much later, Clint and Bobbi have reconciled, or so he thinks, and then he thinks she died. The Grim Reaper temporarily resurrects a bunch of Avengers as part of a scheme, and at the end of it, before she disappears, Bobbi tries to get a message to be delivered to Hawkeye. Janet does her best to help.
When Janet has to confront Alkhema, an evil robot created by Ultron based on Bobbi’s brain patterns back when she was still alive, she needs to remind herself not to think of her as Bobbi. She’s also the only Avenger on the scene to have this thought, from what it's shown. In another storyline, Alkhema is up to some really sinister stuff, so the Avengers call in Clint, knowing that he’s their best chance of taking her down. He doesn’t want to face (and possibly destroy) someone who’s basically a shadow of his dead wife, but Janet knows Bobbi would want him to.
After Disassembled, the Avengers disband, and Captain America offers a toast in honor of Hawkeye and Ant-Man, who died in the event. The rest of the team keeps it going, remembering other fallen Avengers, and Janet is the one to toast Mockingbird (Bobbi). Bobbi is revealed to be alive during Secret Invasion, at the same time that Janet supposedly dies from a Skrull biochemical weapon, so it’s a while before the two of them are seen together again.
Children[]
Nadia

Bobbi meets Hank Pym’s daughter, Nadia, who’s being unofficially fostered by Jan, and Nadia reveals that as both a scientist and an adventurer, Bobbi is one of her personal heroes. So when Jan puts together a lab program for Nadia and a few other teenage girl geniuses, she asks Bobbi to be a part of it, referring to her as one of her oldest friends. In Unstoppable Wasp (2018), Bobbi and Janet continue working and spending a lot of time together, mentoring the girls in the lab and out of it. In addition to being part of the lab, Janet and Bobbi are co-raising Nadia and her best friend Ying, who’s also a Red Room orphan, fully supporting both young girls.
Fanon[]
Bobbijan is a rare pair in the Marvel fandom. It's often overshadowed by the more popular ships of the two characters. But fans of the ship really wish they could expand on their relationship. And those who ship them romantically already see their potential as they both showed how good they work together.
On AO3, there are currently 8 written works.
