Botphone is the non-binary ship between Bot and MePhone4 from the Inanimate Insanity fandom.
Canon[]
In "Stranded in Paradise", when "Bow" jumped out of Boaty, MePhone was shocked. He was shaking and asked them how they're alive, saying he sent their invitation as a joke, mistaking them for Bow. "Bow" answered that they don't know.
In "The Shame of the Name", MePhone was giving a cheesy speech. "Bow" cut them and joked that it's not like they're married. When MePhone asked Pink Team if they've chosen a name, "Bow" panicked and yelled out that they're called The Pinkers. MePhone got disappointed and asked them why.
In "Snapshot Showdown", as MePhone was checking on his contestants, he got irritated when realising "Bow" is the only one still up. They explained that they can't sleep because they saw a monster, talking about Tea Kettle. He agreed with them and said he can't sleep either because of the picture Camera 1 and 2 took of him. He then added that it's really silly how "Bow" is still alive. They told him that they usually save silly pictures when taking selfies. When they asked MePhone if he wants to take a picture with them, he answered yes. Unfortunately, it was a joke and he ran away from them.
In "Try Not To Laugh Challenge", MePhone gets slightly annoyed when he hears "Bow" laughing.
In "Pesty Besties", Bot called the Inani-Mates cute. MePhone got mad at them and said that they ruined his half-birthday party. Later, he assigned N/A for Bot. Before the challenge begun, Bot yelled out their Inani-Mate is missing.
In "Home Is Where the Heart Is", MePhone was relieved when Bot calmed The Floor down. He then gave them immunity.
In "Spring on the Breakfast!", when MePhone was talking about Springtastic, Bot got confused. Later, MePhone signed Springy's contract, not knowing he would take away Bot. After realising through what trouble Springy wants to put Bot in, the deal was off. He explained to Bot how he didn't like how Springy treated them. During the elimination tie-breaker, when it was revealed Bot is eliminated, MePhone got sad. He asked them if they want to co-host, but they denied the offer, saying they're done with other people's labels.

Botphone is a rarepair in the Inanimate Insanity fanbase because it's more viewed as a friendship. MePhone first hated Bot due to mistaking them for Bow. Eventually, the two have grown a strong friendship due to the two both being mechanical objects and some even headcanon Bot to be MePhone's favorite contestant, as heard on "Spring on the Breakfast!" where MePhone called Bot "the greatest player". Anyhow, BotPhone isn't popular and its following rivals are: Goobot, MephOJ and Floorphone.
