Bowleb is the slash ship between Bowie and Caleb from the Total Drama fandom.
Canon[]
In "Meet the Victims", when Caleb arrives at the camp, Bowie shows a physical attraction for him. Both Bowie and Caleb were placed in the Death Frogs. Later in the episode, Bowie winks at Caleb in a clear display of flirting. In the middle of the challenge, Bowie is briefly entranced by him when they exchange words. However, he forces himself to forget his platonic feelings for him to focus on the competition. At the end of the episode, Bowie plots against Caleb to eliminate him because he considered him an unstoppable threat. In "Magma Cum Laude", Caleb is seen to resent his early elimination. Also, celebrate Priya's victory and Bowie's defeat with the rest.
In season 2, Bowie and Caleb don't interact much because they are on different teams. In "You Poor Saps", Bowie angrily points out that the rules favor the opposing team because it allows them to get more points by having more members than his team. Caleb, upon hearing that complaint, begins to mock Bowie and remind him of his past loss against Priya by complaining about the rules. In the confessional, Bowie questions why Caleb defended that girl.
Despite their few interactions, both recognize the existence of the other and do not hesitate to act against him. For example, in the final challenge of the second season Bowie no doubt shoots him with a T-shirt cannon to help Wayne.
Fanon[]
Before the premiere of the first season, fans began shipping Bowie and Caleb after the publication of a flyer that served as promotional material for the show. Its content included art and illustrations where one of those drawings featured Caleb posing his toned body being admired with enamored eyes by Bowie, Emma, Priya and Millie. For many fans, it was a clue of a future romantic couple focusing more attention on both men. In addition, Fresh TV managers announced that the seasons would introduce LGBT characters, indicating that there was a possibility of at least one gay/slash or lesbian/femslash being formed in the series. When the series premiered, it was confirmed that Bowie is gay and has a platonic attraction to Caleb. However, a romance was not formalized between them but yes with other contestants: Bowie with Raj and Caleb with Priya.
