BreederShipping is the het ship between Brock and Suzie from the Pokémon fandom.
Canon[]
Suzie is a well known Pokémon breeder from the Kanto region and is Brock's idol who starred in two episodes of the series; "Pokémon Fashion Flash" and "Beauty and the Breeder". Suzie is a woman in business and takes her job very seriously as a breeder, she adamantly believes and takes up the philosophy that states a Pokémon's inner beauty is the most important factor to making a Pokémon truly beautiful, and she becomes furious if someone ever tried to disregard this statement. She is only ever shown to own one Pokémon in her two appearances which is a Vulpix that later she gives to Brock.
In her debut episode in Pokémon Fashion Flash, Brock shows Ash and Misty down to Suzie's salon which at the time was they got there was very popular with customers. There, Brock asked Suzie to take him on as one of her students as he knows how greatly skilled and talented she was and how he could learn a lot from her, ultimately Suzie turns him down because she was far to busy. Across the street from Suzie's salon, a new salon called "Salon Roquet" opened up and rose in popularity fast which gradually made Suzie's unpopular, It's found out later that the salon was owned by Team Rocket and used as a tool try and capture Pikachu and kept Misty hostage in the process. Ash and Brock used Pikachu and Geodude to battle Team Rocket, and Suzie finished things by having Vulpix blasting the gang off with a Fire Spin. Suzie was impressed with the way Brock handled his Pokémon in battle and thanked him for helping to restore her faith in her own methods, she also noticed that her Vulpix really seemed to be fond of Brock and thought it would be a better idea to leave her Vulpix in his care and leaves to begin her own journey.
In Suzie's second and final appearance as shown in Beauty and the Breeder, she is reunited with Brock when she asks him to meet up with her again. When they finally meet again, Suzie asks Brock a favor if she could borrow Vulpix to enter into in the Pokémon Beauty Contest. Suzie also introduces the the gang to her friend Zane, another Pokémon breeder who shares similar thoughts to Suzie and was also entering the same contest with his Ninetails. Despite only being shown in one episode, Zane was quite notable for ending Brock's intense admiration for Suzie and the pair throughout the episode would fight for Suzie's affection. After the fight with Team Rocket when they stole Vulpix and Zane's Ninetails, Brock notices that Suzie and Zane work well together and has the realization that he and Suzie would never be anything more than good friends and Zane was just simply the better match. Brock also makes the big settlement to return Vulpix back with Suzie.
Suzie then from there forward has never made a physical appearance or mentioned by any other character in future episodes.
Fanon[]
BreederShipping is one of the many hidden and very unpopular ships in the fandom due to other ships including Brock being way more recognized and loved for example: LuckShipping (Brock x Lucky) and GymShipping (Brock x Misty), this leads to little to no fan content for the two. There are also other reasons that make this ship unpopular: Brock is shown in the anime to have crushes on loads of girls so to a viewer, this is just normal behavior for the character so the ship doesn't go noticed as much. Another reason is that Suzie is only an occasional character appearing in two episodes so the screen time for them two is very limited and ultimately in the end, Brock decides Suzie should end up with another boy.

Trivia[]
- The ship name comes from the fact that Suzie is a famous Pokémon Breeder and Brock's original goal was to also become a Pokémon Breeder before he changing his desire to become a Pokémon Doctor.
