BronVeli is the femslash ship between Bronya Zaychik and Veliona from the Honkai fandom.
Canon[]
Dark Seele, aka Veliona, is an alternate personality living in Seele's mind that comes from the stigma on her chest. Bronya is Seele's lover. Bronya wasn't aware of Veliona until Chapter 11, but even back during their time at the orphanage, Bronya could tell that Seele's habits and mannerisms would change to that of another person.
Azure Waters[]
Veliona lay dormant in Seele's mind for a long time, only fully awakening once Seele was kidnapped by child traffickers. Veliona witnessed Bronya kill Seele's kidnappers, and she was impressed. Though she wanted them to suffer a little longer, she found Bronya's methods efficient.[1] Out of fear, Seele called Veliona a demon, which Bronya thought was directed at her.
Seele saw when Sin Mal pushed Bronya down the stairs and broke her legs, too scared to do anything. Veliona persuades Seele to get revenge on Sin for Bronya's sake.
Main Story[]
Under the Deep[]
In the Sea of Quanta, Veliona makes a deal with Kevin Kaslana to bring him the Core of Reason, and in return he will bring her and Seele home. Meanwhile Bronya enters the Sea of Quanta to retrieve the Gem of Desire and save Seele. Because Seele is not willing to betray Bronya, Veliona takes over the body. The moment Veliona speaks, Bronya is able to tell she is not the Seele she knows. So Veliona introduces herself as the symbiote living within Seele, another side to her personality. She assures Bronya that she has no intentions to harm Seele, she just wants to get them home. But Bronya is not willing to let Veliona execute her plan, knowing that Kevin will use the Gem to escape to the real world. Veliona and Bronya fight, resulting in Veliona casting Bronya back into the labyrinth. When Bronya returns, they fight again. But Veliona can't fight the wishes of her host, so Seele takes control of the body again.
The Solo Stage[]
In the Theatre of Domination, Seele gives full control over to her other self, who decided she wants to be named Seele. Dark Seele comes face-to-face with Bronya, so she pretends to be Light Seele. But Bronya immediately recognizes that this is the other Seele she met in the Sea of Quanta. Dark Seele is surprised she remembers. Bronya tells Seele that she sees the spatial crack where they can exit the Theatre. Dark Seele questions if Bronya really wants to work with someone who was her enemy. Bronya replies that she trusts who Seele trusts without reserve. They defeat the enemies and return to the real world together.
Dark Seele is ready to return to Seele's mind, but Bronya want to have an official introduction with her. Dark Seele tells her Seele could do that, but Bronya wants to hear it from her. Bronya states that she always knew Seele had secrets, recalling times in orphanage when Seele acted differently: She knows Seele likes sweet food while Dark Seele like spicy food, and that unlike Seele, Dark Seele doesn't like to read. Bronya tells Dark Seele that she would like to know more about her. Dark Seele explains that she is different from Seele, and to not be worried because the bad things she's done aren't Seele's doing. But Bronya argues that Dark Seele never did anything bad, she was just protecting her host, and she thanks her for that. Dark Seele comments that there have been times Seele wants to say certain things to Bronya but stops herself. She contemplates telling Bronya those things now, but decides against it. As Dark Seele prepares to leave, Bronya asks if she can see her again. She wants to get to know her better, and she tells Dark Seele that she knows she has a kind heart like Seele. Dark Seele doesn't agree, but she won't argue with Seele's dearest. Before leaving, she says that Bronya can call her Seele, or "Dark Seele" to differentiate.
Beyond Will[]
After Bronya creates several Selenes, she falls unconscious from using so much power. Seele tries to figure out how to save Bronya, and Dark Seele points out the Abyss Flower. Although they've never used it before, Dark Seele intrinsically knows how to use the power of Abyss Flower, the Divine Key made from the Previous Era Herrscher of Death. Dark Seele wants to save Bronya alone, but Seele convinces her to do it together.

Fanon[]
Although BronVeli falls under the ship Bronseele, the ship name Bronseele is more often used to refer to Bronya and Light Seele. Which is why BronVeli is occasionally used to differentiate the two. Fans enjoy their dynamic, with Veliona's tsundere attitude towards Bronya along with Bronya's blunt honesty. Some joke that Bronya has "two girlfriends in one" since Seele and Veliona shared a body for the majority of the story.
