Bubbleblock is the het ship between Bubble and Blocky from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.
Canon[]
Battle for Dream Island[]
Blocky tries to pop Bubble using Pin and uses Needle next when this fails. When asked about this by Bubble, Blocky says that he's just in the mood to hurt someone.
After Flower tries to get Snowball to beat Bubble up, Blocky volunteers to do so for her and starts running to Bubble. Bubble backs up away from him and tries to get him to stop only for Blocky to pop her by kicking her away.
For one of his prank commercials, Blocky demonstrates a hole being drilled into the Bubble Recovery Center to pour tacks inside. From there, Bubble is popped each time she is recovered into the center to Blocky's enjoyment.
The two end up as the last ones remaining in the hurdle challenge. As Blocky hears Bubble worry about the next obstacle ahead of them for the third time, he tells her to stop worrying. However, he thinks she has a point when he looks up to see the next hurdle made up of giant spinning razors.
Blocky laughs at Bubble when she fails to knock down any pins while bowling. Later when the contestants get the ability to take away points from others, Blocky removes all of Bubble's points.
When the eliminated players get to say which finalist they think should win, Blocky chooses against Bubble because she's fun to kill. Later on when Flower pops Bubble after destroying all of the recovery centers, Blocky is shocked.
Vote Yoylecake[]
When Bubble tells the audience to vote for Yoylecake for a Fandom competition every day, Blocky makes fun of her sense of time and calls it a year in bubble years. After threatening to pop her, Bubble asks why he finds it necessary for him to do so, feeling it's only because she happens to be a bubble. Blocky insists he does want to threaten violence and starts heading over towards her. Bubble says she'll just pop him then, leading Blocky to call her dumb for thinking that solid wood can pop. As Blocky runs over to her, Bubble runs to the opposite corner behind a table to protect herself from him. Blocky goes around the table and while Bubble runs away from him, Blocky switches directions to catch her. He points out how she was briefly running towards him and calls her dumb for it. Bubble only grows more confused and as Blocky hops on top of the table, Bubble goes under so he can't find her. She surprises Blocky from underneath and manages to pop him, calling it a gruesome sight.

- During the skiing challenge, Blocky runs into Bubble and pops her as he's skiing, although he does not seem to notice.
- Blocky kicks Bubble and takes the ball away.
- After Bubble is recovered, she complains to Match and Pencil about what Blocky did to her.
- In the barf bag challenge, Blocky throws a bowling ball at Ice Cube, Bubble, and Pencil.
Battle for BFB[]
- Bubble admits that it feels nice to not be on the same team as Blocky.
- Blocky volunteers to try and take down Bubble
- Bubble defends Woody and calls for Blocky to stop treating him like a baby.
Fanon[]
Bubbleblock is not very popular in the eyes of many shippers of the fandom, evident by their conflict in the show. While the Enemies to Lovers type of ships are common in the fandom, the lack of any positive interactions at all having no signs of resolving throughout the course of the series led the ship to be in bad taste for some fans. Despite this, some are genuinely invested in the pairing because of their connection with each other in this way. The ship has gained a small following on TikTok, as well as users such as on DeviantArt and Twitter sharing experiences of how ship art of the two gives them a cuter outlook than how the show treats them. The ship is similar to Snowbubble where both involve Bubble being paired with someone who usually views her as weak, although other unrelated rival ships include Fubble and Blockwood.
