Bufabella is the het ship between Isabella Garcia-Shapiro and Buford Van Stomm in the Phineas and Ferb fandom.

Overview[]
Isabella and Buford are frenemies, who don't always get along. They got off to a very rocky start in their relationship, with Isabella initially seeing Buford as a brutish and frightening bully. However, they grew closer as mutuals, when Phineas befriended Buford. This kind of made them into vitriolic acquaintances. Although they are mostly portrayed as friends in the show, they've had several moments of hostility between them. However, these hostile moments are generally Isabella standing up to Buford and bossing him around. Because she's a girl, she's much stronger than Buford and can really kick his butt, leaving Buford feeling rather scared of her.
Season 1[]
RAGING BULLY
Isabella stood up to Buford, when he was about to beat up Phineas, demanding that he put him down. Isabella worried for Phineas' safety when he planned to fight Buford, reminding him of what happened to the last kid Buford fought, who ended up with his head shoved in a toilet. Isabella bowed her head with sadness when Buford dominated Phineas in the thumb-wrestling battlefield.
VOYAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF BUFORD
Isabella genuinely felt bad for Buford, when he lost his pet fish, Biff. She asked him if he was "sweating through his eyes" but in her presence, Buford admitted that he was actually just crying. Isabella was interested in seeing a fight between Buford and the giant squid.
GOT GAME?
Buford and Isabella got into a foosball match and were trash-talking each other the whole time. Isabella kept beating Buford at every single game, without Buford not being able to score a single point on her. Buford was being a bad sport the entire time, constantly accusing Isabella cheating, claiming it didn't count, or pleading that he wasn't ready. Buford would state that Isabella's only winning because this isn't "real" foosball. This have Phineas the idea to create a giant life-sized foosball stadium for them to play in. Isabella and Buford agreed and it was a Boys vs. Girls came called "The F Games" (for Ferb). Isabella and the girls team massively creamed the boys on the field and won. However, Buford still didn't admit defeat, believing that "losing to a girl doesn't count". Just then, he was zapped by Doofenshmirtz' Misbehaveinator, causing him to suddenly act like a good sport, admitting that Isabella won and congratulating her for her excellent work.
OUT OF TOON
Buford tries saying Isabella's catchphrase and Isabella elbows him for it. Buford later nervously asks about this "Whatchya Doin'" stuff and Isabella shuts him up, telling him they'll talk about it later.
Season 2[]
GAMING THE SYSTEM
Isabella got into a fight with the video game version of Buford and blasted him to death with her laser.

Bufabella is a rarepair in the fandom, due to the fact that the two people kind of hate each other. Buford is a mean and disgusting bully, who Isabella gets mad at sometimes. She's also nauseated by his sweaty body and gross customs. Isabella can also be very feisty with Buford and kicks his butt sometimes, which means that Buford probably wouldn't like her either. Rivaling ships like Phinabella and Bujeet trump them immensely. However, in the world of fanfiction they relationship works a whole lot differently and people have put them into situations that, while completely out of character for both of them, still tell some riveting love stories. Despite their unpopularity as a ship, they still have 6 wonderful works on AO3 that are all worth checking out.
