Bufflectra is the het ship between Buffy and Electra from the Starlight Express fandom.

The New Starlight Express[]
When the first heat is called, Buffy pulls up with her partner, Espresso, while Electra arrives with his partner, Pearl. They race against each other, with Buffy's partner not being able to place while Electra places in the final. During the final race, Rusty is paired with Buffy, while Electra is paired with Dinah. There is a crash and a re-race is announced.
After Dinah decides that she's through with Electra, he says that he doesn't care, dissing her. The passenger train then comes by with Buffy as one of the cars. He stops her and asks her to make his day by being his race partner in the final heat. She couples up to him and is happy that electricity will give her a charge as the two skate off. Control the calls for the final heat, listing out the competitors, including Electra's switch from Dinah to Buffy as his partner. Buffy and Electra then race together, but things start to get heated as it goes on. Buffy realizes that Electra and Greaseball are going to crash and disconnects from him before she gets stuck as well.

Bufflectra is a rarepair in the StEx fandom. Not even having much traction for those who ship racers with their partners. As Buffy only becomes Electra's racing partner during the show in revisions that cut CB. Which made this version of the show rather controversial for many fans. As well as those changes being reverted in more recent and more present productions. Meaning that they no longer race together after the end of the "New Starlight Express" in 2002. This makes it hard for newer fans to ship them, as well as them not even interacting for very long when they are racing partners. Though given that Buffy shows some attraction to Electra in the re-writes, some fans believe that they may have hooked up. Its rival ships include Greased Lightning and Smoked Hot Dogs.
