Buildermon is the slash ship between Builderman and Shedletsky/Telamon from the Roblox fandom.

The two accounts are infamous in the roblox community and are created by people who currently work, or used to work, at Roblox.
Builderman is an account created by the CEO of Roblox, David Baszuki. Shedletsky and Telamon accounts are both created by John James. John was a Creative Director at Roblox from 2006 until 2014 and was hired by David, who is is still the current CEO of Roblox.
Currently, the Builderman and Telamon accounts are inactive while the Shedletsky account is still somewhat active.

The earliest pieces of shipping for the two can be found back when the Roblox Forums weren't removed, around late 2009 or early 2010 a user posted a satire smut fic of Telamon having sex with Builderman for a bonus on his paycheck, dubbed as "Telamon's Bonus". Though, while the original thread has long been reported and taken down at the time it became a popular copypaste meme on the threads it long became a inside joke or dread to others on the fourms, one time a thread parody of the fic is where Builderman does give him the bonus without sex involved, Telamon himself actually replied to this thread with only the word "hot".[1] The bonus in question can be read here thanks to a reddit user fully archiving it word for word.
Around that time there were a few small jokes of the two being gay for each other, usually as a reference to the Telamon's Bonus fic. As the ship faded into obscurity over the years, so did the fic until the two's avatars were added to the game Forsaken, resulting in that fic to get some relevancy again. This prompted one AO3 author to make a remaster version of it.
Another example of Robloxians shipping Buildermon, before its resurgence around late 2024 thanks to games like TRUD or Forsaken and by the Admin Lore Fandom for further fueling its resurgence, is through a deleted users forum posts. Another usage of it can be seen with people spelling Builderman's name as Buildermon and Telamon's name as Telaman, in reference to the ship and/or to a Pokemon meme made on the forums.
It remained a pretty niche ship that no one really took seriously until it suddenly got popular again and more people became genuine fans of it. Despite the arguments against it, due to Shedletsky having a wife in real life, to which others argue that their only shipping/placing the focus on their avatars rather than the people behind the accounts so the mention of John's wife is quite pointless.
While it may seem like it's only popular in Forsaken and some other games, it's also quite popular as well in the Admin Lore fandom, while it became more known in 2024 it did date back to the early 2010s but most likely wasn't as fandomized as they are now. As looking through the forums you can see a few people making their own stories aka fanfics with the admins, with often Telamon and Builderman both being featured in together.
Usually their dynamics will vary but overall are a common duo both in and out of shipping. This was further fueled when around 2024 more games like Block Tales, Fools of 2012, Forsaken and etc started adding the admins as characters, some games like Fools of 2012 and Legend Of The Domino Crowns were made from people in the Admin Lore fandom, along with the comic Below the Spawn.
Whenever fancontent of Buildermon has Telamon in it, it will have him being depicted as a deity while Builderman is fascinated or somewhat annoyed with him. Usually this deception can lead into a slightly or outright unhealthy relationship between the two while usually when focusing on Builderman with Shedletsky their dynamic is presented as rather with more silliness at play, though this isn't exclusive.
Overall the ship is the most popular of the two, with the Forsaken tag having over 130+ fics on AO3. It's biggest rival ship is Brightsky.

- John Shedletsky made a tweet on Jan 25, 2017 referencing the infamous copy and paste smut fic of his Telamon avatar going at it with the Builderman avatar that was created on the Roblox forms.[2]
- The ship name “Buildermon” is a combination of Builderman and Telamon’s name while the ship name BuilderShed/ShedBuilder is a combination of Builderman and Shedletsky’s name.
- In 2007, Shedletsky and Builderman went to the Stanford startup job fair to recruit a few software developers for the Roblox team.
- Builderman made a silent promise with Shedletsky to try their best in protecting the other Survivors.
- This could be a coincidence, but Builderman is a support survivor, whilst Shedletsky is a Sentinel. Both are capable of helping others in need.
- Shedletsky is best played as a bodyguard protecting other Survivors, especially Supports, such as Builderman or Elliot. You can also help survivors who got hit by Entanglement by stunning the killer and giving them time to escape.
