Akutagawa Siblings is the family ship between Ryuunosuke Akutagawa and Gin Akutagawa.

Gin and Akutagawa are siblings, and they both work in the Port Mafia. Akutagawa is Gin’s older brother, and although their relationship is not very focused on, their short interactions display care they have for each other. They grew up in the slums together and later joined the Port Mafia, and generally seem to be on good terms, due to heading home together on some work days and evidenced by Gin wearing her casual outfit around Akutagawa and generally smiling fondly around him.
In the BEAST universe, Akutagawa and Gin’s relationship is much more important. Akutagawa is shown to be far more protective and vicious in ensuring Gin’s safety, as his entire goal is to find her and rescue her from the Port Mafia, which in turn allows Dazai to use her as bait to complete his plan.

Akutagawa, Higuchi, and Gin are members of the Port Mafia, frequently working together. Akutagawa and Gin are siblings, while Higuchi has feelings for Akutagawa.
When Akutagawa was captured by enemies, Higuchi went to save him with the help of Gin and the other members of the Black Lizard. Gin was outside the room Akutagawa and Higuchi were in.
Later on, when Higuchi was driving home and saw Akutagawa out the window, she was excited to offer him a ride and started daydreaming scenarios to bring him to her house. Then, she saw a girl by his side and became jealous, as she didn't know it was Gin. Higuchi didn't recognize her as Gin looks completely different in Port Mafia and on daily basis and grew severely depressed, believing Gin to have been dating Akutagawa. After a series of events with Higuchi attempting to eliminate Gin to date Akutagawa, she finds out that the girl was Gin, and that Akutagawa and she were siblings, which leaves her relieved crying. Later on, she asks Gin to call her “older sister” or “sister-in-law.”
Higuchi meets Akutagawa 2 days after his death after he was transformed into a vampire by Bram. Akutagawa bites Higuchi before she can confess her feelings for him and is turned into a vampire too. Later on, Higuchi finds Gin and also turns her into a vampire.

Higuchi's solo ships with Akutagawa and Gin are not the most popular, so neither is trisal. However, Higuchi showed feelings for Akutagawa and many people like Higuchi and Gin's ship, so some people started shipping the three of them. The ship is often talked about on Twitter. AkuHiguGin is often viewed as Higuchi dating both Akutagawa and Gin at the same time since the latter two are siblings. Since Higuchi is seen blushing around Gin often, as well as finding her pretty, fans often headcanon Higuchi as bisexual, adding to AkuHiguGin’s fuel.

AlbaDoc is the slash ship between Albatross and Doc.
Canon[]
Albatross and Doc were first introduced in Stormbringer, being two members of The Flags. They were said to be very close to each other, Albatross even trying to save Doc over himself in the accident involved with the murder of The Flags.
Fanon[]
Albatross and Doc were around the same age, so we can safely assume that they bonded together with any similar interests they might’ve had. A lot of self sacrifice can be described with them, surrounding both of their deaths, which makes it more likely that they were in fact really close with each other. The Flags are shown to have a strong bond; seeing that they went behind Mori Ogai’s back to aid Chuuya into finding out his origin. This could also be applied to any of the others. Doc and Albatross might’ve broken a few rules or defied the boss to help out one another, showing that they have a strong friendship.

Morilise is the friendship between Ougai Mori and Elise.

As the manifestation of his ability, Mori is very fond of Elise and has kept her alongside him since the Great War. Following the war, Mori still had Elise in his underground clinic near him at all times, though he grows considerably fawning towards her over time. For instance, one of his typical requests for her was to have her try on some dresses, even repetitively pleading her to do so given her constant refusal. In general, Mori is ardently attached to Elise and remarks that he would never grow tired of her feisty temperament.
Over the duo's shared lengthy history, Mori and Elise usually banter with each other over various and typically petty topics given Elise's "angry and cranky" attitude, a feat Mori himself apparently set up himself as his ability. For example, Mori once asked her not to eat too much sweets, reasoning that it is unhealthy, though Elise in turn promised to wear the "frilly dress" he bought, making Mori yield and even offer her seconds for dessert. Amidst Elise's brief insults, Mori merely takes it moderately or even ignores some of them.
In public, Mori poses as an ordinary doctor with Elise as his companion, albeit sometimes posing as his daughter. He usually buys her several clothes on a single trip, once reaching at least 15 clothing stores to buy from. Mori also grew desperately concerned with Elise's apparent disappearance along the streets during the Guild's arrival in Yokohama, hence staying behind in Lucy Maud Montgomery's dimension with the thought that Elise might have been captured inside. Nevertheless, Mori retains his doting stubbornness towards Elise and her defiant attitude.

Initially, many thought Elise was Mori’s daughter, and found their relationship cute due to Mori affection for Elise. However, the majority of the fandom was disgusted to find out Mori is attracted to Elise, and in turn had modified her appearance to be a child due to his former obsession for Yosano. This is one of the factors that Mori to be one of the most hated characters in the series. There was also a misconception that Elise was a child Mori took in and was abusing, though most individuals in the fandom point out that Elise is nothing more than Mori’s ability. A lot of fans choose to instead portray Mori as a normal, caring father figure for Elise.

Near the end of the Great War, the 11-year-old Yosano served as the assistant of Mori and as a student surgeon alongside him when she was drafted by Mori from a candy shop. Towards the final moments of the war, Yosano was emotionally abused by Mori during her time working with him as a doctor, including forcing her to heal a soldier after shooting him to make his condition near death in order for Yosano to heal him.
After the Great War, Yosano was incarcerated and became apathetic. Three years later, Mori found her in confinement and tried to get her to work with him again. Mori's then friend, Fukuzawa, was against this, as he felt compassion for Yosano, knowing she wasn't fond of him after her experience working and being abused by Mori during the Great War.
This disagreement caused Fukuzawa and Mori to fight in front of Yosano as she sat in a wheelchair; after this, Fukuzawa and Mori became enemies, and Yosano felt it was her doing that caused a rift between the Agency and the Mafia. Until her adulthood, Yosano shows great fear and resentment to Mori. When she found out that a member of the Agency would be transferred into the Mafia as part of a deal with Fukuzawa, Yosano immediately froze in fear after yelling at Mori for trying to get her once more to his organization.

Morisano is very hated in fandom as a romantic pair. For most of people, it's also harder to imagine them being friends due to Mori's toxic and abusive nature towards Yosano which still continues even after many years.
Canonically, Yosano hates the Port Mafia and everything related to it. Especially, she fairly dislikes people who follow Mori's ideals. As we know, Kouyou and Chuuya respect Mori, support him and admire that he's an ideal boss for their organisation, so people who respect Yosano, prefer to not ship her not only with Mori, but also any of those options.
Even If Mori and Yosano's shared past during the war is one of the saddest and disliked things in BSD, it helped people to develop a love for other ship with Yosano Ranposano. Fans of the franchise were in seventh heaven when Ranpo helped Yosano to separate from Mori and invited her to the Agency where she finally found her happiness.

Odango is one of the most popular pairings for its respective characters. Oda and Ango are mainly depicted as Dazai’s fathers in fanworks. The fans usually adore the bittersweet relationship between the two old friends.
Some people used to hate Ango for his betrayal of the Port Mafia that caused the death of Oda. But later, after the flashback of him visiting Oda's grave despite the rain in the manga, people understood that he regrets for the accident and that he cannot disobey the orders of the government as a government worker, even if he wanted to.
This ship is also mostly shipped alongside Soukoku and Rimlaine as Odango the parents of Dazai, and Rimlaine the parents of Chuuya.

Shirazai is the slash ship between Osamu Dazai and Buichirō Shirase from the Bungou Stray Dogs fandom.
Canon[]
Shirase, along with two other members of the Sheep, enters an arcade where Dazai and Chuuya are. Shirase confronts Chuuya, expressing his desire to retaliate against the Port Mafia. However, Shirase becomes visibly upset when he realizes Dazai’s allegiance to the Mafia. In his frustration, Shirase devises a plan to kidnap Dazai but instead resorts to threatening to kill him. Dazai, ever the tactician, pretends to be afraid and contacts Mori, resulting in the release of the Sheep hostages that the Mafia had been holding as leverage over Chuuya. Despite this, Shirase tries to push Chuuya into fighting the Mafia.
However Dazai intervenes, pointing out that Chuuya has the right to make his own decisions. This enrages Shirase, especially when Chuuya chooses not to fight and instead leaves with Dazai. Chuuya gives the Sheep a vague explanation for his decision, leaving them confused and feeling betrayed by their leader. This sense of betrayal eventually leads to an assassination attempt on Chuuya, which ultimately fails.
A year later, after the Sheep disband, Shirase is working at a mechanic shop when he becomes entangled in a plot involving Chuuya’s "brother" and an assassination attempt on his life. This twist of fate brings Shirase and Chuuya face-to-face once again. In the meantime, Dazai has risen to extraordinary success within the Port Mafia and is also involved in the scheme surrounding Chuuya’s brother. To keep Shirase safe, Dazai locks an unconscious Shirase in a storage closet. Shirase later witnesses Dazai’s punishment for knowing that one of chuuya's friends was gonna die and not intervening because he had a bigger plan in store. Confused by the complex relationship between Dazai and Chuuya, Adam, a robot sent to protect Chuuya, asks Shirase what they are doing. Shirase, acknowledging the unique bond between the two, simply replies that only Double Black (Dazai and Chuuya) can understand Double Black. In the end of Storm bringer, Shirase leaves for London, while Dazai continues his work within the Port Mafia, setting the stage for his eventual escape at 18 years old.

TaniAtsu is not too popular, but considered they’re the same age and have a very similarly feeble demeanor, fans grew to ship them as Tanizaki showed his kindness towards Atsushi instantly. Since Tanizaki was the few around Atsushi to support and help them, fans found their dynamic endearing despite their lack of interactions.

Tsujimura is conflicted after Ayatsuji’s appearance, and when her ability activates on its own, she spots a black-suited man, Chuuya, in the near distance mocking her and remarking on how her ability reacts on its self.

Chuuya is standing in a plane almost ready to active his ability. When the hatch opens up, Tsujimura appears behind Nakahara. She asks him if he's okay with doing this after all. Chuuya looks at her and quickly recognizes Tsujimura from the time they met during Gaiden, 1 year ago. Tsujimura tells Nakahara that going is dangerous and asks him why is he going to do it anyway. That's when Chuuya answers - 'Do you know when it's all right to chicken out and go home? There is no such time'. After these words he jumps off the plane and the battle begins.
It's a really short moment, but we can clearly see in it the big respect they both have for each other. That powerful respect in that scene became a reason for the people to ship them.

TsujiChuu is a rarepair within the fandom. It's often overshadowed by Soukoku and Ayamura. The ship sailed mostly thanks to Chuuya and Tsujimura sharing a scene in the Dead Apple Movie. It wasn't really long, but was enough for people to start shipping these two, mainly relying on headcanons and scenarios, as they figured Chuuya and Tsujimura share potential. Some fans believe that Chuuya and Tsujimura had a long history due to the respect they hold for one another in Dead Apple, though this is false as they had one interaction in Gaiden prior. Though, TsujiChuu is often hated on.
Fans also enjoy the platonic dynamic between Tsujimura and Chuuya.
