Camila treats Willow and the rest of the group in a friendly manner and welcomes them into her house. Willow and the rest of the group explain who the collector is to Camila. The group play in the rain while Camila and Willow watch, Camila gifts Willow with a camera. Which Willow uses to take a picture of the moment and continues to throughout "Thanks to Them", developing an interest. Camila is confused by the drawing on the door, Willow replies to her saying that he also confuses them. Willow suggests sprucing up the garden to help Camila out.
In "For the Future", Camila is a bit surprised by the owl house, since she has heard so much about it. Willow tells her that the food is usually not that spoiled to cheer her up. Camila asks for some advice about Luz, Willow and Gus help her out. Before Willow leaves, Camila can sense something is wrong and asks her how she's feeling. Willow tells her not to worry about it, Camila can still sense something is wrong and comforts her by saying that it's okay to be scared too and it isn't good to keep it all in. Willow still insists she is fine, and comments and tells her that she and Luz are a lot alike. Willow leaves a trail of plants that Camila sees, Camila knows she is hiding something and gives a worried look. Willow is seen smiling at Camila with all the palismen
At the start of watching and dreaming, Willow still happily smiles at Camila with all the palismen. Camila encourages the group and cheers them up.

The pairing isn't talked about much. However fans like their dynamic, wishing they could've seen more of it. Fans enjoyed the scene when Camila knew something was wrong with Willow, theorizing that she might've done the same and pretended to be okay too. Some fans prefer to ship the pair with the rest of the hexsquad, which is Camilmom. The pairing currently has 20 works made on AO3.
