Candlebrush is the non-binary ship between Candle and Paintbrush from the Inanimate Insanity fandom.
Canon[]
In "Stranded in Paradise", the two got on the team The Thinkers.
In "The Shame of the Name", Candle tells Paintbrush and the rest of The Thinkers to join her into a circle. They all agree to do so. When she asks everyone to think, Paintbrush comes to the idea that they should be named The Thinkers. When MePhone4 asks them to propose their team name, Candle looks happy as Paintbrush is answering.
In "The Overthinkers", Paintbrush looks off at Candle after she chimed her salt lamp. Later, OJ and Paintbrush admire Candle helping Yin-Yang get back up, calling it cute. After OJ tells Yin-Yang to press the elimination button, Paintbrush stops him and says they all have to think together. Candle is impressed by them. At the second cordial invitation, both of them and OJ agreed to vote for Yin-Yang. At the third cordial invitation, Paintbrush defends Candle, saying they are not eliminating her because she's the best one at keeping them together. After the elimination, Paintbrush asks Candle if they're alright after Silver Spoon dragged her into the lava. Candle answers she'll survive. They later make a decision that their team doesn't need a leader. She calls it smart and agrees.
In "Tragedy at 60 Feet", Candle and Paintbrush accidentally tried talking but only spoke over one another. They did that twice, and at the second time, Paintbrush said they should stop doing that. When Paintbrush shows their box, they say that, even though it doesn't hold together, their team is. Candle agrees with their statement.
In "I Am Chocolate!", they, alongside MePhone4, came to Indefinite Island to determine a rejoiner. Candle comments on how Paintbrush is eager to participate in an "important part" of the challenge. They confess that ever since the team swap, they've been feeling like they've been lacking purpose. Candle somehow starts reading out their other thoughts and problems, until Paintbrush snaps and sarcastically comments how they're easily-readable. She apologises and things are settled in the aftermath. At the end, when MePhone4 gives Paintbrush the immunity cookie to heat it up with her fire/hair, they pass it to Candle. When they get back, Candle asks Paintbrush if they're voting with or against Cabby. Paintbrush says they don't know which side feels like home. She comforts them, saying they wanted to do something substantial and they will.
In "Pesty Besties", Candle agrees with Paintbrush that Silver Spoon doesn't need their trust, just like she doesn't need theirs.
In "Home Is Where the Heart Is", Paintbrush looks upset at Candle following one of Clover's butterflies with the Looney Ballooneys. After Paintbrush's elimination, Candle comforts them that it is proof they were substantial.

Candlebrush is considered a rarepair in the Inanimate Insanity fandom. Fans like their friendship and how Paintbrush was the third person from The Thinkers most close to Candle. An episode that sparked the ship the most is "I Am Chocolate!", in which they were the two volunteers to be in MePhone4's company on Indefinite Island where they talked about personal problems. Another episode that may have risen Candlebrush's popularity is "The Overthinkers", in which Paintbrush is one of the only people to go against Silver Spoons's choice on voting for Candle. The ships that rival it are Lightbrush, Silvercandle and Silverbrush.
