Celia & Facilier is the family ship between Celia Facilier and Dr. Facilier from the Descendants fandom.

Canon

Celia Facilier is the youngest daughter of Dr. Facilier, with him having an older daughter who runs a shop he owns in the short series, Wicked World. Like her father, Celia likes to use taro cards and was taught how to hustle like her old man, and like most VKs the style of her clothes are used to reference her main villain parent. Since the identity of her mother, and the partners of the villain parents aren't revealed.

When Celia was picked to be one of the next four VKs to be given a chance to live in Auradon, they were promised that they'll get to visit their villain families. Even though the first film didn't have the villains as loving parents, their children still care about them and there are villains who are close with their kids. Celia and Facilier being one of them. Hades' escape attempt from when Celia and her group were leaving the isle, however, got Mal and Ben's family to make the hard choice to keep the barrio up for good. Meaning that Celia will never get to see her father again and that her group will be the last VKs to be given the chance of a better life. This fact was kept from Celia when she offers to help Mal and her friends obtain Hades' ember to stop an evil turned Audrey. Celia used to run errands for Hades and before she left for Auradon, she leaves the key to his lair in Dr. Facilier's Voodoo Arcade. Trusting her father to keep it safe in her absence.

Both father and daughter were happy to see one another as Celia brings Mal's group to the arcade, where they see Celia and her dad do a special handshake-like dance. Dr. Facilier takes the time to ask Celia the kind of hustles she has been up with the "shiny people", Celia tells him that there isn't one as she has friends on the other side. This gets her father to smile as he replies with "I hear yah." She then explains that the reason she can't stay for long is because she is on mission, that she is a merger player of. Although he doesn't ask for details of the mission, Facilier reminds Celia to not forget her cut from it. Celia then smiles at her father, before she leaves the arcade to bring Mal to Hades' Cave.

After Celia learns that Mal intends to keep the barrier up for good and is then save from Audrey, she decides to join Uma and her group back the isle. As much as she would like to stay in Auradon and live the life it promises, Celia couldn't leave the other villain kids behind and wants to stay with her father. Rather than to never see him again if she stays. Luckily the acts of Uma and Hades gets Mal to change her mind and have the barrier being brought down than stay up. That way Facilier would no longer be trapped on the island and Celia can still see him, while she attends Auradon Prep. Celia is then seen hugging her father after he walked from the isle to Auradon, to see his little girl. Who had walked to Auradon beside Uma and the other celebrating VKs, before his arrival.

Fanon

Although villain parents in the Descendants universe weren't shown to be loving, and due to the way Freddie Facilier described her father in the Wicked World short series, the third film showed Dr. Facilier to have a close relationship with Celia. Giving the familyship support, after seeing the brief scene between them and the fact that Celia chose to be with her father than to never see him again.

Because the two were only seen together in the third film and there only two brief scene on them, there aren't that many fanworks on Dr. Facilier and his youngest daughter. Some fanfics and art on the two include Freddie, so they could feature the Shadow Man with both of his daughters. There are theories that Celia might be Facilier's favourite daughter, or is simply nicer to her because of how her young age has Celia as the Shadow Man's little voodoo princess.
