Charlilith is the family ship between Charlie Morningstar and Lilith from Hazbin Hotel fandom.
Canon[]
Pilot[]
Charlie exits the hotel to call her mother, and asks for advice while having a slight breakdown. Lilith however never answers any of her calls.
Season 1[]
Overture[]
The first season opens with Charlie reading the story of her mother's origins, from when Heaven created her with the dust of Earth to her ending up in Hell. Where she thrived by using her song to inspire it's sinners, and the story ends with Charlie being the keeper of Lilith's dream. After Charlie closes the book, she looks at the key to the hotel in her hands, as she vows to make her mother proud. When Vaggie asks Charlie if she has heard from her mother, she shakes her head and acts like it wasn't a big deal. Despite not hearing from Lilith for the last seven years, Charlie believes that her mother is working hard on her mission. Charlie says that Lilith cared for their kingdom, and that's why Charlie is working hard to save their people.
Dad Beat Dad[]
Lilith is briefly seen for a moment in a flashback to Charlie's childhood. While Lucifer entertains Charlie, Lilith enters the room and picks her up, leaving Lucifer alone.
The Show Must Go On[]
As Charlie looks at the cannibal army with Vaggie, Hell's princess says she wishes that her mother could see this. With Hell's people coming together to defend the dream Charlie has fought hard for.
At the end of the episode, however, it gets revealed that Lilith was in Heaven all this time and had made a deal with Lute. Who threats to have Lilith removed from her paradise in Heaven, if she doesn't return to Hell in order to put a stop to Charlie and her dream.
Season 2[]
For a large part of the season Charlie tries to get in contact with Lilith, needing her guidance and support as she faces the challenges set by the Vees. Who slander her hotel and reputation, all while preparing to raise war upon heaven. Each time Vox bests Charlie, she calls Lilith but of them get answered.
New Pentious[]
The first episode of the second season shows how much Charlie misses her mother and wonders what she would do, as the hotel becomes full of sinners wanting to kill angel rather than be redeemed. After talking to Lucifer about Lilith's absence in their lives, Charlie calls her mother and leaves another voicemail, about the things Charlie wants to talk to her about and being in need of her guidance. No sure what to do and doesn't want to let Lilith down, as she is the reason Charlie is trying to make her mother's dream come true.
Storyteller[]
The second episode is of Heaven's side of events, as it shows Lilith declining the call Charlie made to her in the previous episode. Along with showing the number of times Charlie has tried to reach out to her mother, through attempted calls and texts Lilith never answered. It also gets revealed that Lute didn't have any affinity to damages of Lilith, as after Sera found out Lute ordered Lilith to stop Charlie behind her back, Sera orders her to put a stop to her plans or it would be seen as a act of treason. Lute then sends Lilith a text saying she is off the hook, having Lilith sigh with relief that she wouldn't be forced back to hell.
Scream Rain[]
With Vox using Lilith's name and legacy to prompt his war upon heaven, Charlie gets angry and says that Lilith simply inspired sinners, not to have them rise up against heaven, as she defends her image of her mother. While Vox takes advantage of the other image hell has of its queen. When Charlie mentions her mother, while talking to Carmilla Carmine, Carmilla tells tells Lilith is gone and her dreams no longer matter.

Although not much is known about their relationship, fans feel that Charlie loves her mother and is the reason she wants to save their people. When Lilith was revealed to be in Heaven and Lute mentioning a deal she made with her, it go fans to worry that Lilith will end up betraying her daughter. Though there are some who are hoping that Lilith will choose Charlie over her paradise in Heaven, or that she only excepted the deal to protect her. Even if it means not contacting her over the seven years they were a part.
After a trading card of Lilith had her smiling in the same way Eve did in the Story of Hell, however, it started theories that Lilith and Eve might be one and the same. With Lilith appearing faceless in both the "Dad Beat Dad" flashback and on the card, like Eve's was, as well as Lilith's hair style being the same as Eve's in the flashback, rather than the one Lilith has in "Overture", "The Show Must Go On" and a few official images of her, it got some people to consider the possibility that the woman Lucifer handed child Charlie to was actually Eve than Lilith. Another group had even considered the possibility that Lilith might not be Charlie's mother at all, and her real mother is either Eve or Roo.
