- —Blitzo and Charlie during the Hellaverse Update
Charlitzo is the friendship between Blitzo and Charlie Morningstar from the Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel fandoms.
Canon[]
Blitzo and Charlie have currently only been together as one-time friends, and are in relationships with Stolas and Vaggie respectively. They are the respective main protagonists of the Hellaverse series Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel, produced by SpindleHorse Toons.
Throughout the two shows, they overall have very different goals and personalities. Charlie wishes for sinners to be able to redeem themselves and ascend to Heaven, hence founding her hotel. Blitzo's goals mainly focus on his business I.M.P, an assasination company.

Announcement Video[]
The announcement starts with Charlie explaining how Hazbin Hotel has been green lit for seasons 3 and 4, until she's interrupted by Blitzo falling through a portal and landing flat on his face. Charlie bends down to help him up and asks If he's ok and Blitzo introduces himself to her. Blitzo goes on to ask Charlie what's going on and she explains how exciting it is that there's going to be more seasons of Hazbin Hotel but Blitzo pushes her out the way declaring that's old news, leaving Charlie taken aback. Blitzo then announces to the camera that Helluva Boss is coming to Prime Video, which Charlie is happily applauds in the background. Charlie goes on to congratulate Blitzo on the news but questions how that works, and Blitzo goes on to explain the circumstances around Prime Video teaming up with Spindlehorse supporting Helluva Boss.
After the explanation, Charlie exclaims how that's the best news ever. Blitzo then says that the best part is that now the Helluva Boss cast get to "fuck around" with the Hazbin Hotel cast from time to time which Charlie is confused by.
Fanon[]
Charlitzo is a very rare ship to come across in the Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel fandoms. They are mainly paired together due to their roles as the protagonists of their respective Hellaverse shows. It is often overshadowed by their canon mainstream pairings Chaggie and Stolitz, but still receives recognition from those who are interested in a crossover.
The Hellaverse announcement video has notably boosted the ship's popularity, finally giving them a chance to interact. As most fans expected, Blitzo acts prideful toward Charlie, whereas she is friendly and patient. This is quite ironic considering Charlie is the Princess of Hell while Blitzo is merely an imp, the lowest ranking species in the hierarchy. Some fans find this amusing and ship the two together for their clashing personalities.
On AO3, Charlitzo has 5 romantic works, while they are portrayed as platonic friends in other fanfics. The ship has gained a popular following on Tumblr and has been getting some fanart on Deviantart.
According to a comment by artist Angrybird2016, in an AU of the Hellaverse Charlie is reasoning for Blitzo becoming a more respectful person. As she's the one who helps him change for the better.
The Princess and the Imp[]
At one point, there was talks in creating a full story centred around the pairing between Charlie and Blitzo, it was given the title "The Princess and the Imp". The story would've been an different take on the first season of Hazbin Hotel as well as the entire series of Helluva Boss. So far, the scheduled release date is unknown as it is still seemingly in the works.
