Cheesemic is the het ship between Cheesy and Microphone from the Inanimate Insanity fandom.
Canon[]
In "Breaking the Ice", they both got on the same team, The Grand Slams. During the dodgeball challenge, after Trophy yells at everyone to give him all the balls, Cheesy makes a pun that he would "like that". Microphone scolds him to not take it too far.
In "Cooking for the Grater Good", after Soap commanded to get Cheesy to use him for their team's pizza, Microphone and Baseball got a grater and blankly stared at Cheesy's murder.
In "Let Er' RIP", as Cheesy was making his usual jokes, Microphone scolded him, saying she wants to save her reputation. Cheesy, not understanding the gravity of the situation, jokes that the past speaks "volumes". Microphone got frustrated and yelled at him that she's not as loud as she seems.
In "Everything's A-OJ", as Microphone was cleaning the hotel, Cheesy yelled that she's so loud that MePhone lost his hearing. He noticed how offended she got because the only thing she did was stare, so he explained that he's in prison. She got annoyed and asked him why he can't take anything seriously. He, being his usual self, told her that she has a lot to lose but not much to gain. The pun was that gain is a setting out of micro. Microphone got angry and threw at him her sponge and bucket. After the challenge, as she was taking a walk, she heard a suspicious rustling noise comne from a nearby bush. She walking up to it and increasing her gain, when Cheesy jumped out of it. He jokingly asked her who a"loud" her to relax. She got angry and confronted him about why he would drag himself outside in the middle of the night just to make a joke that wasn't even funny. He seemed careless about it, as he was still laughing about her reaction.
In "Theft and Battery", as Microphone was writing in her diary, Cheesy interrupted her to announce that he experienced the most horrible thing ever. She, thinking he's serious, asked him what was it. He said her personality and insulted her, saying everyone thinks she's annoying. His laugh eventually made her snap. She confronted him about how he always makes everyone upset with his offensive jokes. He, realising he went too far, walked away. After it was announced Cheesy is eliminated, he held a speech about himself. He said that he realized that his jokes can hurt others and that he should switch back to making commercials. Microphone tried to comfort him, but he shrugged it off, reminding her that she said he's a monster. Microphone tried cheering him up by saying that comedy is a part of who he is and that he should just try not to bother people too much. He agreed with her and added that he read in a book that humor isn't just made of puns. Before he could finish his sentence, Toilet pushed him into the portal, startling Microphone.
In "The Reality of the Situation", Cheesy and Microphone are seen playing video games together.

Cheesemic is a semi-popular ship in the Inanimate Insanity fandom, as it got popular after the release of "Theft and Battery". It was, at first, unpopular due to Microphone viewing Cheesy as a bore and him constantly annoying and insulting her, especially in "Everything's A-OJ" and "Theft and Battery", where he told Microphone nobody likes her. However, that same episode ("Theft and Battery") made them build more common ground and forgive each other. As seen in "The Reality of the Situation", they may have become closer friends. Cheesemic rivals fan-favorite ships like Tacomic and Tropheesy.
