Cherigan is the poly ship between Logan, Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr from the Marvel and X-Men fandoms.
Canon[]

Charles and Erik were previously friends, before their beliefs caused them to go on separate paths. Logan eventually became one of Charles' X-Men, thus becoming Erik's enemy. After a time, Erik joined the X-Men and he and Charles rekindled their friendship. While Logan had to slowly learn to trust Erik after their time as enemies.
Days of Future Past[]
Logan is sent back in time, and finds Charles, where they have to break Erik out of prison for their mission. After Logan takes out several guards, Charles tells him that he's not good with violence, only for Charles to punch Erik the second he sees him. Several more guards then arrive, and Logan gets out his claws while Charles tries to stop Erik from using the metal in the room to hurt them. However, they all end up saved by Peter.
They get on Charles' private jet, to go to Paris, where Logan tells Erik that he and Charles sent him from the future to help. Erik then asks how Charles lost his powers, and Charles tells him that the treatment for his spine effects his powers. Charles and Erik then begin to argue, with Erik briefly causing the plane to fall, before letting it go. Charles then storms to the front, and Logan comments that Erik seems to have always been an asshole.

Cherigan is a rarepair in the Marvel and X-Men fandoms. Mostly due to the three having limited interactions between all three of them for both the comics and the films. With most fans of the ship coming from Days of Future Past. As the three teaming up was a main aspect of that film. Others like that Logan go to interact with Charles and Logan at both points in their lives, making it easy to ship it regardless of which point in the timeline their at. Fans will often have Charles and Erik be in a established relationship first, before adding Logan. Other times fan will depict it as Logan and Charles getting together during when he and Erik were separated. Then adding Erik in when he comes to their side again.
