ChiScara is the slash ship between Tartaglia and Scaramouche from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
Though not meeting in the currently available quests, Tartaglia and Scaramouche are known acquaintances of the Fatui Harbingers. Scaramouche is Tartaglia's senior, as he is the sixth Harbinger, a higher role than Tartaglia at the eleventh. They are commonly considered polar opposites, in personality and appearance. Lacking similarities other than their occupation.
Not much is known about their relationship, as they have not been seen together in any current events or quests. However, in the "Into the Perilous Labyrinth of Fog" event of the 2.2 update. Tartaglia is seen wandering through the domain, searching for clues or hints of the 'balladeer', also known as Scaramouche.
"I originally came to this domain because I thought it might have something to do with The Balladeer." Tartaglia continues, "Scaramouche is in possession of a certain Gnosis, and we happen to have lost contact with him."
Tartaglia is currently searching for signs of Scaramouche, or Scaramouche himself in this event. Emphasis on we. Presumably, he is referring to the rest of the Fatui. It is thought that another Harbinger (or Tsaritsa) tasked Tartaglia with searching for Scaramouche.
During the rest of the event, numerous quotes can be found, forming a blurry idea of their relationship. "Of course, it didn't surprise me in the slightest that Scaramouche would do something like this." Perhaps hinting at further world building and development of their bond.
Some speculate that Scaramouche's agenda is centered on a certain Gnosis, the electro gnosis to be exact. Previously held by the Raiden Shogun before being traded for the traveler's life, between Yae Miko and Scaramouche. As stated before, Scaramouche has lost relatively all contact with the Fatui, including Tartaglia. Running away with the Gnosis for unconfirmed intentions. Clearly not informing Tartaglia on this, as Tartaglia was assigned to look for him and the electro Gnosis.
Another illusion to their relationship was in the 3.3 update where the Wanderer (Previously known as Scaramouche) states "You -Signora- and Childe always seem to complicate things". This likely provides evidence of the distaste Scaramouche had for Childe. They have yet to interact in canon after 'The Balladeer' altered the Irminsul's past. So one can assume that Childe has completely forgotten him.

Fanon[]
In their unanimous involvement with the Fatui Organization, fans alike started to speculate on their connection. With their stark differences in design, personality, agenda, aesthetics, certain tropes rose to the surface. Such as but not limited to 'Opposites Attract' trope that is commonly known throughout the Genshin Impact fandom.
With Tartaglia and his charismatic and reckless personality, it perfectly opposes Scaramouche's. In fanart of the two, Scaramouche is repeatedly portrayed as a quick-tempered and misleading dwarf. Often causing playful turmoil between them, often in the sake of "fluff" or comedy. Centered around their unstable relationship, though it is usually in sake of comedy.
Height Difference
Though HoYoverse shies away from identifying age, height, etc., it is estimated that Tartaglia stands at about 185.4 cm tall (6'1"). He is assumed to be within the ages of 19–22, being the youngest Harbinger currently or ever in history that is currently known of. Although Scaramouche's canon age has not been leaked, it has been confirmed that he is substantially older than Tartaglia. Depressingly, Scaramouche only stands at about 162.56 cm (5'4") roughly. This has caused a positive stur in the fandom, some making jokes or incorrect quotes on the turmoil and shenanigans caused between them because of these few numbers, especially lead by Childe mocking Scaramouche in a playful manner, only to result in passive aggressiveness from each other for about a week. At least it has been speculated between numerous Tumblr notes and Twitter threads. It is simply a head canon, for now.

- Scaramouche’s english voice actor, Patrick Pedraza, follows Chiscara artist Fennko, and lywin.png—who has drawn a viral chiscara meme, on instagram.
- Scaramouche’s CN voice actor, 鹿喑kana, quote retweeted a chiscara MMD with “suki,” and quote retweeted another one with heart emojis.
- 31:17 into a translated livestream with CN voice actors, Yu Dong (Tartaglia), Zi Yin (Eula/Signora) and Kana (Aether/Scaramouche), Zi Yin drew Scaramouche and Tartaglia holding hands in Inazuma. Yu Dong commented it isn’t too OOC.
- Scaramouche’s hover attacks match Tartaglia’s melee attacks, as seen here.
- In the Aranara quest line, one of the NPC children mention a story about a puppet and a whale. This could be seen as a double reference to Pinocchio, and the fact that Tartaglia’s constellation is a narwhal and Scaramouche is a puppet/doll.
- Tartaglia’s golden house cutscene matches Scaramouche’s boss fight cutscene, nearly shot-for-shot.
- Tartaglia’s delusion colors match Scaramouche’s Fatui outfit colors, as well as being electro.
- When inverted, Tartaglia and Wanderer’s colors are similar.
- In the second rerun of the event Spices from the West, Scaramouche is neutral towards Calla Lily Seafood Soup, which is the base for Tartaglia’s specialty dish.
- One of Scaramouche’s favorite teapot sets has fishing items. Fishing is one of Childe’s favorite activities and he grew up in Morepesok, a fishing village.
- Both Scaramouche and Tartaglia have been into The Abyss. Scaramouche went on an Abyss expedition as per orders by Pierro long before he became The Sixth, his Abyss expedition eventually became one of the reason he was chosen to be a Fatui Harbinger, As for Tartaglia, he accidentally fell into The Abyss when he was merely a young boy. This became the reason his combat ability exceeded others thus Pulcinella recommended him to be a Fatui Harbinger.
