ChoSec is the familyship between the Chosen One and the Second Coming originating from the Animator vs. Animation fandom.
Canon[]
Animator vs. Animation IV[]
In his debut episode, after Alan deletes all of his friends, The Second Coming begins to glitch out, briefly turning into The Chosen One for a few seconds. His file name reveals that he is The Chosen One's reincarnation, showing the connection that the two had as early as The Second Coming's first episode.
Animator vs. Animation V[]
The Second Coming and The Chosen One meet for the first time in Animator vs. Animation V where, just before The Second Coming and his friends can be killed by the ViraBot that The Dark Lord let loose onto ALANSPC, The Chosen One breaks in, intercepting its attack before beginning to fight it. The Chosen One proceeds to fight the ViraBot and, while it manages to get a leg over him for a moment, The Chosen One ultimately manages to beat it, destroying the body it made from various pieces of Alan's web browser and then proceeded to brutally beat it to death, destroying its code. The Second Coming, along with the rest of his friends, witnessing the brutal beatdown in complete awe, proceed to kneel before The Chosen One, thanking him for saving them, to which he ignores, electing to make his leave through the Wifi router in order to go deal with his former best friend, The Dark Lord.
The Second Coming, as well as his friends, seeing The Chosen One make his leave, decide to follow him, leading to them coming directly in the middle of duel between The Chosen One and The Dark Lord. Throughout their brawl, The Second Coming and his friends assist The Chosen One in his fight with The Dark Lord, such as getting Alan to assist in the fight and, when Alan is defeated, The Second Coming takes it upon himself to confront The Dark Lord directly, shielding The Chosen One from what would've presumably been a killing blow from The Dark Lord, The Second Coming, along with his friends proceed to jump into battle with The Dark Lord. In the midst of the battle, Red, Green, Yellow, and Blue are all killed in their attempts to stop The Dark Lord. The Second Coming, seeing this, turns back to The Chosen One, attempting to reach out to him before being stabbed by The Dark Lord.
Unlike his friends however, The Second Coming does not die from this, instead opting to continue fighting against The Dark Lord. When The Dark Lord proceeds to attack him several more times before sending him into a wall, The Second Coming proceeds to spontaniously heal from all of his injuries, becoming his awakened form, The Second Coming proceeds to completely destroy The Dark Lord, sending him into a mountain before blowing him up before reviving his friends, much to The Chosen One's complete shock.
After the battle concludes, The Second Coming reviving his friends along with Alan beofe promptly passing out and forgetting everything that just happened, The Chosen One proceeds to kneel before him in a way of gratitude for stopping The Dark Lord, much to The Second Coming and everyone else's confusion. Making a respectful bow before him, The Second Coming takes his leave, going back to ALANSPC along with his friends, leaving The Chosen One there to process everything that just happened.
Animator vs. Animation VI[]
In the first episode of the Animator vs. Animation VI episode "Wanted", The Chosen One, who is in the middle of fleeing from mercenaries sent out by victim, remembers the events of Animator vs. Animation V and how The Second Coming defeated The Dark Lord, proceeds to flee back into ALANSPC. Upon seeing The Second Coming, he begins to run up to him and tries to get him to use his powers. When The Second Coming is unable to, The Chosen One, not accepting this, proceeds to grab The Second Coming and pull him back into the Outernet.
Alerting the mercenaries' to his position, The Chosen One throws The Second Coming out into the open in order to have him deal with them. But upon realizing that the latter really didn't seem to have his powers, The Chosen One quickly goes back on his decision, going out to try and save him from being killed by the mercenaries, being shot by a glitch dart in the process. The Second Coming, seeing his vulnerable position, pulls out the Pen Tool that he had on hand and begins to defend The Chosen One from the mercenaries using live drawings. Ultimately however, he would fail, thanks to the leader of the mercenaries using the pause tool on the both of them before taking them back to their boss's headquarters.
Fanon[]
When in comparison to other pairings in the fandom, ChoSec is one of the smaller ones. While it had its fans back when Animator vs. Animation V released, it was only when episodes of Animator vs. Animation VI began to release that the pairing really began to gain popularity within the fandom.
Because of these episodes, many fans started viewing The Chosen One and The Second Coming as brothers, with many pieces of fanart and fanfiction relating to these two being released since. As of now, it is the fourth most popular relationship tag for The Second Coming, and the third most popular for The Chosen One. Being the sixth most popular Animator vs. Animation relationship tag overall.
