Bassie and Cocoa are fellow Easter-event Toons.
Bassie is a basket and a female Easter-event Main Character Toon who possesses four inventory slots instead of three. Additionally, she can also drop items from her inventory whenever she wants. Cocoa, on the other hand, is a chocolate-themed bunny and a female normal Easter-event Toon with the ability to summon bonbons that can be picked up by her and other Toons. When eaten, the consumer receives 50% Movement Speed and Extraction Speed.
During Easter events, Bassie, alongside her shop, will appear right beside Dandy's, selling Easter-event Toons. There, players can buy Bassie and Cocoa with the right requirements to be played as. When the holiday ends, the shop will disappear until the next Easter event. Upon buying Cocoa, an upset Bassie states her understanding of the buyer's choice in purchasing her.
Based on the two's dialogues, mannerisms, and lore-related notes found in the Easter floor, Bassie has developed a fear of being replaced for not being good enough. This is because Delilah, the creator of the Toons, thinks Cocoa will be the better fit as the Easter-event Main Character instead of Bassie since Bassie is apparently dependent on her friends unlike Cocoa. As a result, Bassie reacts passive-aggressively towards Cocoa when interacting, while Cocoa remains unaware of why and just excuses Bassie's behavior as trying to joke around.
