Cloverbot is the non-binary ship between Clover and Bot from the Inanimate Insanity fandom.

Inanimate Insanity Invitational[]
For the season, Clover and Bot are placed together as teammates of the Pink Team. Although Clover's pink paint bomb didn't go off at first, Bot calls it cool when Clover joins them on their team.
Bot picks up the funny note going around the contestants and asks Clover if she would like to see it. As a disturbed Clover backs up from Bot, they ask again if she would like to see it until concluding that they could show it to her later. Clover explains in the Calm-Down Cabana that she doesn't want to hurt anyone again after being indirectly responsible for Box's injuries last challenge. In the challenge, the two and Goo are selected to participate for their team. Bot walks up to Clover and tells her that she and Goo thought that they could cheer her up. Bot reads off a joke in which Clover does not have a reaction towards, making Cabby point out that Bot isn't suppose to try and make their own teammate laugh for the challenge. The Floor then pops in and announces himself to the three only to get stage fright before he can tell his jokes. Bot later tries to continue acting funny towards Clover. As Tea Kettle launches the note from earlier towards Clover, Bot catches it before it hits her and gives it back to Tea Kettle. Bot continues to talk about funny moments to Clover to try and make her feel better. Clover says that she doesn't deserve it, making Bot pull out dessert as another joke of theirs as they call Clover sweet. Clover adds that she already has her luck as a gift and doesn't want sympathy for it. She tells Bot that she would be happy seeing the team try their hardest to win, making Bot go after the remaining members of the other team. When this ends up working, Clover thanks Bot and Goo for the distraction from dreading her luck. She says that it was what she needed and pats Bot on the head.
During the bridge challenge, Test Tube and Clover swap bodies and Bot ends up confronting Test Tube while appearing as Clover. Later after Bot runs away, the real Clover helps Test Tube find them again.

Cloverbot is fairly rare in the fandom overall, though it is more known as a ship for the two characters. The ship grew around the time of the show's third season where the two were most prominently featured in. Scenes of Bot trying to help Clover feel better about herself as the two reach a better understanding of themselves helped shippers see the vision between them. Their shared appreciation for butterflies also plays into this, with Clover having some of her own and Bot later ending up taking the form of one. The ship has gained a following on platforms such as Twitter and Tumblr, with ship art of the two often being showcased there. It is rivaled by those such as Goobot and Niclover.
On AO3, as of February 28, 2025, the ship has 19 works in its romantic tag and 5 under its platonic tag. It is the second most written ship for Clover and the third most for Bot on the site, though it is the most for Bot romantically.
