Cobscase is the het ship between Steve Cobs and Suitcase from the Inanimate Insanity fandom.

As Steve Cobs is trying to obtain Fan's egg, Suitcase walks back to where the rest of the contestants are and nervously announces that she has not stolen anything. Cobs stares at her shortly before an alarm starts blaring seconds later. Turning off the alarm, Cobs nonchalantly declares that something has been stolen and as it seems he's about to call out Suitcase for it, he instead pins the blame on Soap because of a comment she made about him earlier. Soap tries to make it clear that Suitcase was responsible, causing her to panic and call herself out as she kicks away the battery she took. As the rest of the contestants leave with her, Cobs chuckles and says that they can keep the battery as he declares that he will be in control soon enough.
During the mining challenge, Suitcase obtains the last gemory, gems that unlock a memory to the obtainer upon touching. In the flashback, Suitcase learns about MePhone3GS and a recording of him pleading Cobs not to do something.
During the final elimination when MePhone thinks he isn't being honest enough with them, Suitcase tells him that she understands he's scared from having to deal with Cobs. She figures that his vacation before the challenge was an escape from Cobs, but she is willing to talk with MePhone about it when he feels ready. However, MePhone cuts her off and clarifies that he was just hiding a twist for the show. After the elimination right before MePhone ends the episode, Suitcase and Knife watch as MePhone becomes frightened to receive a phone call from Cobs.
When finalists Suitcase and Knife are taken to Pickle's room, they learn from MePhone that Cobs may have been responsible for Pickle's death. MePhone declares the final challenge for the two contestants to be defeating Cobs in any way. Knife and Suitcase accept the challenge and head to Meeple Headquarters using hot air balloons. Once there, the two enter the building and an announcer welcomes them with a word from Cobs, Meeple's CEO. As Suitcase and Knife navigate around the facility, the video of Cobs' message constantly follows the two around in the background. Later, Suitcase finds the room where the flashback involving MePhone3GS took place and figures that he would be a great source to hear what Cobs is up to. As they interview him, the two realize that mentioning Cobs causes 3GS to involuntarily panic for a few seconds. 3GS warns them that they may not be prepared to hear what Cobs is up to, explaining how Cobs would only want the best and reject those who fell short of it. After 3GS shares that he was the only one of his crew to survive and return the eggs that Cobs ordered them to get, Suitcase asks him what had happened after he had given the one he was able to retrieve to Cobs. She learns that Cobs was furious with 3GS for falling short of his expectations and left him in the very room he's sitting in. As Knife asks him where Cobs' office is, 3GS begs the two not to look for him even when Suitcase assures that they need to. After failing to convince the two to surrender, 3GS warns them one last time not to go as they say their goodbyes to him. Right as Suitcase and Knife approach Cobs' door, Knife teases Suitcase and gets her motivated to kick open the door to his office. Already expecting them there, Cobs welcomes the two as Knife and Suitcase criticize him for being overly observant on them. Suitcase asks him what his plan is and when she is asked by Cobs to guess, she mentions the egg and the device in the video message they saw earlier. Cobs feels good about the commercial but admits that he is bored of the Me device. Afterwards, Cobs admits that he was responsible for "deleting" Pickle, making Suitcase question how and why he's doing it now. Cobs explains that he was inspired by the premise of eliminating contestants one by one despite his disliking for reality shows, adding onto that he used the show as a little escape from reality when his company was not doing well. Suitcase becomes surprised that even Cobs knows about the extra season happening despite her not knowing until earlier that day. As Knife and Suitcase think that Cobs is ending the show for good, Cobs clarifies that the two are safe and emphasizes that there most be a winner. Suitcase is unfazed and thinks that Cobs ending the show early would fit his behavior. She also doesn't believe him being the mastermind of the show and tells him that MePhone truly made it, which Cobs agrees with. He explains to Knife and Suitcase about how MePhone had been slowly improving the show as time went on despite his critical errors he made along the way. He asks the two how they got on the show and tells them that MePhone had a good feeling about them from the start when he hears about their interviews. While in a call with MePhone, Cobs asks them how they got an interview, which Suitcase quickly realizes that she is unable to answer the question. As both Suitcase and Knife are fazed by the question, Cobs then reveals to the two that MePhone had not only made the show, but also made them the contestants. Both Suitcase and Knife are deeply shook and speechless having learnt this as they begin physically glitching.
As Cobs is trying to get a fearful MePhone to respond, Suitcase tries to ask MePhone about why he created her with the problems she has. Cobs cuts her off at first but allows her to speak to him after Cobs tells MePhone that he doesn't need to respect the contestants if MePhone never did. Cobs smugly watches Suitcase tear up as she yells at MePhone for making her the way he saw her to be. Later after the call suddenly ends, Cobs claims that he hung up on them. He explains to the two that MePhone only let them see what he wanted them to see, making Suitcase realize that a lot of her unsolved mysteries about the show are now starting to make sense. Later when Cobs has the MeTags take Knife and Suitcase with him, Cobs leads them to where their final challenge will be and promises they will have time to process everything while he does some final checking. As they walk to the ship, Cobs explains the importance of narrowing down the contestants one by one and wanting a definitive answer as to which one of them, calling the two technological miracles, is the best of the best. He says the challenge will be a simple fight to the death, causing Knife and Suitcase to start glitching. Cobs warns them not to act surprised so they don't glitch themselves out. As they enter the ship, he motivates them on really wanting to know between them who deserves the win the most, saying that whoever does win will thank him for the feeling afterwards. After warning that he can erase everything that MeLife has ever generated with the Me device, he places Knife and Suitcase in a padded cell and urges them to make the fight good. Right before he heads out, Suitcase asks Cobs what he's gonna do with the egg that 3GS got him. Cobs informs Suitcase that he already used the egg a long time ago, adding that she may get to see the rest of the Shimmers and what the ship they're on can do to them. While in the cell, Suitcase begins to feel doubtful on still having hope in anyone as she thinks that Cobs will delete everyone eventually. Though, after getting word from Bow and the remaining living contestants, Suitcase realizes that they need to stop Cobs from harming the rest of the Shimmers with the ship. Meanwhile, Cobs is about to start the final challenge and doesn't mind killing off either Knife or Suitcase to get one more scream to lure the Shimmers. With Suitcase and Knife in the arena, Cobs announces the beginning of the finale despite the two finalists against the idea. Cobs jokes about Suitcase and Knife being a dangerous pair for airport security as he claims that the winner will get the million dollars and live. As Cobs calls for the fight to start, he eagerly watches Suitcase and Knife brawl and insult each other, making Cobs compliment himself for hosting the challenge better than MePhone could. During the fight when Suitcase realizes that everyone they've ever met and the ship itself was generated through MeLife, Cobs is caught off guard when Knife calls the fight between them fake. When Suitcase says that there won't be a winner if everyone's eliminated, Cobs quickly realizes that Me is about to be unplugged. Cobs comes short on preventing this from happening as Suitcase embraces the ship and herself about to disappear in an instant.
Later after Suitcase and the rest of the contestants are restored by MePhone, Cobs looks over between which one of them has the light taken out of MePhone and finds Suitcase illuminating. As Cobs opens up Suitcase and takes out what he thinks is the egg's light, Suitcase yells for someone to stop him but silently signals Balloon and Paintbrush not to move when they try to go after Cobs. Cobs proudly laughs and declares that he has won and even goes to say that the light must have grown in power because of it blinking. Right as Suitcase then reveals that it doesn't blink, Cobs looks back down at the light and realizes that he instead picked up a grenade resembling the egg. Before he can run away, the grenade explodes, killing Cobs and turning him into popcorn. Suitcase watches the popcorn fly into the air as she tells MePhone that it wasn't indeed the real egg. She offers him popcorn from the remains of Cobs and even eats one.

Cobscase is unpopular within shippers of the Inanimate Insanity fandom. While having some support on TikTok with video edits on the platform being based around the two, most fans do not see the possibility with how Cobs has treated not just Suitcase, but all of the contestants in general. The pairing has gained some insight from its inclusion in the show's ship tier lists, though it is usually ranked low as seen by its community averages. Most of its ship content is usually done ironically out of either of the two characters, although there are rare cases of those who think the two would gain a true better understanding of each other. Outside of shipping, content putting the two together usually involves Suitcase defeating Cobs and celebration for her when this ended up happening in the finale. The ship is overshadowed by Suitcase's more notable ships, while Cobs' ships with the contestants are usually not very popular either.
