Codywan is the slash ship between Commander Cody and Obi-Wan Kenobi from the Star Wars fandom.
Canon[]

The Hidden Enemy[]
Obi-Wan and Anakin enter the command deck, where Cody tells them that the enemy had all of their intel. Obi-Wan indicates that there might be a spy and Cody asks who would want to betray them. Obi-Wan says that's an excellent question and says that they'll have to go behind enemy lines to find out. Cody says that they'll get right on it, but Obi-Wan wants him to stay behind to find the security breach. Cody says that he can count on him and Rex, and Obi-Wan wants them to keep everything confidential. No one can know the mission.
Rookies[]
Cody gives a call to Anakin and Obi-Wan and Obi-Wan asks him how the inspections are going. Cody says that they last post was good and that they've almost reached the next one. Obi-Wan tells him to report once he's arrived, and Cody ends the transmission. Obi-Wan comments that Cody's a good man, as he returns to berating Anakin.
Ryloth[]
INNOCCENTS OF RYLOTH
Cody returns to Obi-Wan and tells him of the prisoners being used as a shield. Obi-Wan says that it will make things difficult but not impossible, but has a plan that could still work. He tells Cody that they're going in with everything they have to clear the hostages.
Obi-Wan asks if the men are set, but sees that something is wrong. Cody says that Waxer and Boil never returned from scouting, and Obi-Wan says that's not like them. He suggests that they might have run into trouble, and Cody orders some of the men to try and reach them. Obi-Wan says that they need to get moving, and start getting ready to attack the droids.
Obi-Wan and the clones are attacked by some creatures, when Obi-Wan starts using the force to have them follow him. One of the troopers is about to shoot them, but Cody stops them. The same troopers voices out loud how incredible it is, but Cody tells him to shut up. Once Obi-Wan has all the creatures where he wants them, he yells for them to shoot the bridge to block off the path, and Cody gives the order. Once Obi-Wan returns to them, Cody gives him his lightsaber back, when they hears something coming from the tunnels beneath. Obi-Wan grabs Cody's gun and tells him not to shoot, just as Waxer and Boil climb out with a little Twi'lek girl. Obi-Wan speaks to her and finds out she can lead them through the tunnels, and tells Cody to cause a distraction while they do so.
Hutts and the Underworld[]
HUNT FOR ZIRO
As Obi-Wan waits for Quinlan Vos, Cody notes that Obi-Wan seems troubled. Obi-Wan says that Quinlan has the effect, and Cody brings up that he has quite the reputation. Obi-Wan says that Cody may be overstating, as in his opinion, Quinlan is crazy. Cody points to the ship coming in, as Quinlan arrives and Cody sees them off.
Return to Geonosis[]
LANDING AT POINT RAIN
In the ship hangar, Obi-Wan asks Cody if he was involved in the first battle of Geonosis, and Cody says that he wasn't. Obi-Wan says that he didn't miss much as last time he was chained to a pole and attacked by monsters. Cody says it sounds...entertaining and Obi-Wan says that it was...for the geonosians.
As Waxer and Boil return with an injured Obi-Wan, Cody asks if he's okay. Obi-Wan says it's nothing to serious and asks what the situation is there. Cody says it's not great given how far away Anakin and Mundi are, as well as the amount of bugs at their position. It was like the enemy knew their every move. Obi-Wan says Anakin and Mundi will most likely make it to them, so they'll just have to hold on till then.

THE DESERTER
Obi-Wan asks what Cody has cracked with the battle droid, and tells him that the droid was avoiding collision with another pod, which led to its crash. Obi-Wan asks if Cody can pinpoint the original landing zone for the pod, and Cody says he can get close. They reach it at nightfall, and Obi-Wan asks if he can see any sign of Grievous. Cody says it looks deserted and Obi-Wan assumes that he's headed to a second escape pod.

Codywan is a fairly popular ship in the Star Wars fandom, especially among Clone Wars fans. A lot of fans enjoy how close and similar the two are. Specifically how they seem to be mirrors of each other, which reflect many clone/Jedi pairings. Many fics depict the two being in a secret relationship during clone wars, although it normally is a badly kept one. When the Obi-Wan series was announced, many fans were hoping that Cody would make an appearance. Though many hoped that if the show got renewed that he and Obi-Wan would reunite in the next season.
On AO3, Codywan is the most written ship for Cody and the third most written for Obi-Wan. It is also the eighth most written ship in the Star Wars - All Media Types tag and the most written ship in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008) - All Media Types tag.
