Coinsauce is the non-binary ship between Coiny and BBQ Sauce from the Battle for Dream Island fandom.
Canon[]
Coiny goes down to Gelatin's Shadehouse to grab a pair of Yellow to Purple sunglasses because Yellow Face keeps being racist to Bomby due to him being purple. To which Yellow Face always says “You don't know anything”, meaning he thinks purple people are brain dead. He starts shuffling through some shades that are kitchen equipment turned into shades. Coiny lands on a hot sauce shade to which he asks why is a ketchup bottle a shade. BBQ, who was behind the counter, then pipes up saying it used to be a Steakhouse.
Coiny realizes this was a steakhouse, so he tries to ask for some steak. BBQ Sauce starts singing about steaks as a joke to Coiny. BBQ Sauce says that there is no kitchen thanks to an incident during 2013. They explain what happened to their co-workers to which they were killed by Gelatin and turned into shades. Coiny realizes this and throws off his shades. BBQ Sauce then says that his name was Hot Sauce not Ketchup, to which Coiny apologizes.
BBQ Sauce goes in front of the counter to the shelves in the store, they grab the yellow-purple sunglasses, as to not waste his time, and rings the bell on his counter. Meanwhile, Gelatin is on the Eiffel Tower, helping his team re-paint it for the challenge, but hears the bell ring. He says he feels himself being summoned and then throws himself off the tower and through the store roof. Gelatin lands behind the counter and BBQ Sauce ducks in front of the counter, due to him being planned to be turned into a shade. Gelatin asks why it smells like BBQ Sauce, even after the fumigation last month and Coiny lies about not smelling anything and kicks BBQ Sauce, which rolls them out the front door without Gelatin noticing.
Coiny enters the store, which his team turned into a ice creams shop. Pineapple blocks Coiny off from BBQ Sauce, and tries to defend him thinking that he is another customer by the big swarm they caused. BBQ Sauce says to Pineapple that Coiny is their friend as he saved them from Gelatin when they accidentally summoned him a while back. Pineapple then backs off. Coiny asks BBQ Sauce for the passcode to the pantry vault, as that is where the ice cream is stored. BBQ Sauce finds Coiny suspicious due to his voice change that he gained last episode as a prize, to which he and Needle's voices swapped. BBQ Sauce then denies Coiny to the passcode, so under pressure, Coiny tries his hardest to regain his voice. He manages to re-swap with Needle to gain his own voice back. BBQ Sauce apologizes, due to him now realizing Coiny is actually Coiny. So they give him enterance to the pantry vault. Coiny's team causes a flood of Ice Cream Customers, causing BBQ Sauce to be on the urge of suffocation, but Pineapple throws Gelatin's volume up button from his headphones and manages to hit the fire alarm, causing sprinklers to go off and everybody going outside.

Coinsauce is a rare pair ship in the fandom, as Coiny is one of the only two characters to interact with them, the second being Pineapple. The viewers really liked their friendship as at first it was just a random chat, that turned into one of them saving the other, making them become friends. People have started to make posts and videos about the ship on apps like TikTok. The viewers have also pointed out when Coiny says "Serve me some meat now", with no further context to BBQ Sauce, which some viewers have chosen to interpret in a sexual context. Pinesauce (Pineapple x BBQ Sauce) is the main rivalling ship to Coinsauce.
