CynJenvy is the friendship between Cyn, Serial Designation J, Serial Designation N, and Serial Designation V from the Murder Drones fandom.
Canon[]
Cyn is a Zombie Drone completely possessed by the Absolute Solver as a puppet host. She initiated a omnicide against humanity that resulted in the combustion of Earth and all kind that thrived on it. Pre-apocalypse Cyn captured the trio, N, V, and J to become Disassembly Drones, who all formerly worked as servants to the Elliott family. The squad is sent to Copper 9, an exoplanet also deprived of humans who were replaced with a civilization of Worker Drones. Their main mission is to kill all Worker Drones to not only complete a task they believe to be ordered by home company, JCJenson, but to survive on their oil.
Cyn wears the skin of her former best friend, Tessa Elliott, and places herself inside a space pod as well but hasn't arrived before the others do. While the murder squad works Cyn is their host that's present in their systems.
Home[]
Within N's memory it reveals Cyn's personality and intentions; Cyn plans to massacre the gala before moving on to the entirety of mankind. Tessa and J have already unearthed Cyn's sadistic yet vague agenda and had her locked in the basement as an attempt to hold her off. N is left completely oblivious to everything. Thus he treats Cyn with his previous brotherly love and respect, which is why Cyn views him as an older brother. In this episode's events, N walks into Cyn in the wine room.
Cyn explains that she wishes to attend the gala, though unknown to him, to kill instead of enjoying herself. N offers a movie night as a plan B in case they are denied attendance. They walk into the ballroom with Cyn shifting nervously behind him. They approach Tessa and J, who are engaged in a frantic conversation (on Tessa's side) about the many people coming with expectations of modesty out of the Elliott's daughter. When Tessa's eyes meet N she excitedly swings him around.
As soon as she sees Cyn, however, her happiness fades almost immediately. N's confusion nearly forces her to explain why she and J were locking up the small drone before they were interrupted by an angered Louisa Elliott. When Cyn delivers a rather ominous message in Louisa's direction, N takes the blame and punishment. Tessa surprisingly is punished as well for assumingly allowing her "dumpster pets" to roam the ballroom. While N is chained outside he meets Uzi Doorman, who is in crow form.
The two assist each other in trying to unveil Cyn's plans. They approach her "timeout" basement and witness a frozen V standing near it. N gingerly pushes her to the side before trying to open the basement doors to no avail. To both him and Uzi's surprise, when looking back at V, she bears a sharp smile with a bladed hand before disappearing unnaturally in the blink of an eye. Meanwhile Tessa is trying desperately to break free from her chains.
She shoots a warning tone at Cyn if the latter ever plans to hurt N. The tiny drone nonchalantly replies that she has "backups" before ominously appearing in front of Tessa when the other's back was turned. She warns Tessa not to visit the gala if she doesn't want to get caught in her murder spree before fleeing. Tessa finally manages to convince J to break her chains, and they sneak on the indoor balcony. After arming themselves they bump into a worried N and a bird Uzi on his shoulder.
He motions frantically at them in alert, for a solver-possessed V undoubtedly controlled by Cyn is crawling menacingly on the ceiling. They all bunch together in a huddle. Tessa mentions Cyn being behind everything, but N is still in doubt, explaining that Cyn is cool (this earns him many confused looks). V abruptly drops down from the ceiling atop of them, causing them to spread out. She swiftly glides towards Tessa in an attempt to pierce her head, only to be deflected by J.
J exclaims to N to run to the basement while she keeps V (referred to as "coma patient") occupied. As he and Uzi finally drop down to the basement they're confronted by a disgusting, morbid sight of mutilated drone bodies lying about. Cyn, who isn't in her drone form, provokes them, sends Uzi flying out the window, and chains N to a chair for lobotomizing. She has the solver-possessed V try to utilize the surgery tools, much to her comedic annoyance when she realizes her attempts are still futile. N uses his chance at persuasion by helping V remember a fact about golden retrievers, a testament to their close bond.
This works and V snaps back to reality. She's immediately pinned against the ceiling when Cyn notices. Before Cyn can land a fatal blow to N, Uzi possesses her system and takes control as host. N and V in real time eventually snaps back awake to find themselves in Uzi's room. They head out into the open outside of the colony in pursuit of Doll who stole their key bug.
They find not only V, but a resurrected J (who was killed by Uzi in the Pilot) and an adult "Tessa" who is truly Cyn in disguise.
Dead End[]
"Tessa" and J explain themselves to Uzi, V, and N as to why they're pairing up: To stop Cyn from consuming the planet, a blatant lie. Stuck in conversation Doll sees it as an opportunity to beeline with key bug in hand. The others swiftly follow pursuit. They don't catch her in time before she drops down the gaping hole in the planet. Cyn and J take this as extra time to continue discussing their mission before Cyn sends J out to "take care" of the space pod, leaving her alone to travel down the labs with N, V, and Uzi.
As the team is there, they face off against Sentinels, cannibalistic Alice and Beau, and Doll who tricked them into being stuck in a room flooding with Sentinels. V sacrificed herself for the crew, sending them all down the elevator as she solemnly salutes with an accepting smile.
Mass Destruction[]
Cyn's true position is revealed in this episode; "Tessa" provokes Uzi after the purple drone witnesses Doll's unnerving death. She nearly kills her, but N thankfully pops up to threaten her. When "Tessa" plays coy to his question about whether she knew about the Crucifix patch or not, she's decapitated by his blade. That doesn't kill Cyn, for she merely jumps to Uzi's consciousness to possess her. She has N pinned to a pedestal, preparing to finish him off.
She's halted and dismembered by a Nori Doorman who is present as a disembodied heart core. The three engage in immediate battle, N and Nori against a controlled Uzi. The battle ends with Uzi regaining consciousness after Nori slaps her back to reality. Infuriated, she kicks her mother down the gaping pit in the chapel they fought in. Cyn finds this as a perfect opportunity to reveal herself as a drone wearing a kid Tessa Elliot's skin.
She forces herself and Uzi into the pit that leads to space, whilst N was forced by Uzi out of the chapel to protect him from danger. By then J returned to the area, but is provoked by Khan Doorman, Lizzy, and Thad.
Absolute End[]
J is seen sitting atop a structure in obvious indignance. Her annoyance increases when she figures out Cyn, her boss, ruined the space pod in the process of snapping chunks out of copper 9 to make floating islands. Upon witnessing Khan, Lizzy, and Thad, she unhesitatingly tries to bomb them. They're rescued by a reoccurring V who survived the Sentinel ambush and managed to tame one in the process. The two engage in a heated battle.
Meanwhile N and Uzi are reunited, dating, and approached by Cyn. They are left to face her alone as V fights J. At some point in their fight V narrowly escaped J's missile, seeing it as a chance to find N in the space he's hiding from Cyn with Uzi. Her call outs confuse them both, for they are unsure that is truly V's voice and not a deliberate trap. N falls for the former and demands V to stop talking in a loyal act of protecting her.
It earns him a punch in the chest, heart yanked out by Cyn, and dragged out of hiding. V's nearly paralyzed by the sight before she takes action in fleeing. Thrown outside into the cold snow, Cyn teasingly hangs N's heart above her mouth as V and him both watch terrified. Luckily, N is saved by Khan. When Uzi saves herself from being destroyed along with a building, the Triumphant Trio and Cyn with her J subordinate engage in the final battle. The results are left with Uzi consuming Cyn's heart core, permanently killing the kid drone and freeing her from the Solver's chains.
J is also banished into shunning herself and is out repairing the space pod somewhere to supposedly escape to an unknown location.
Fanon[]
The CynJenvy friendship is a popular ship between all members. This is heavily due to the massive part Cyn plays as a horror addition to J, V, and N's lives. They're often paired alongside Tessa as a family for their former supposedly peaceful lives with each other in the Elliott mansion.
